When a rodent into my house through a hole in a brick wall these guys helped me remedy the issue. After David assessed the situation he proposed a plan forward. He set a trap before sealing the hole to try to avoid having the pest die in the wall. The wasps determined that the eave of my second-story roofline, behind the downspout, would be a suitable new home for them. David is GREAT!!! I called David a year and a half ago because of a mice problem in my home. Days prior to our appointment with District Elite, I adopted a cat...heck, between David and my cat I figured I'd get rid of them one way or the other. Came out twice to deal with a mouse situation: first to lay down some sort of mouse-killing chemical, and 2nd to close off any openings. Workers knowledgeable and professional. Neither the chemical nor our many mouse traps worked, but we haven't seen any evidence of rodents since they came out the 2nd time! Given that I was near the end of my pregnancy at the time, this was a highly stressful situation, and I appreciate their work and the warranty. I thought I had termite droppings, instead David informed me they were from carpenter bees, which I'm not particularly worried about. He laid down some poison and then return a week later to plug up all the holes. Some of the locations of the holes were challenging but he took his time and got all of them. David described how he could catch and release the squirrel but suggested that his services wouldn't provide a permanent fix as two story the cavity needed to be sealed, otherwise another squirrel could move in.
