I fell in love with one of the knitted samples (Fading Memories Cowl) and bought a skein to make it up as a souvenir of our trip to beautiful Port Townsend. Owner pointed me to the Ravelry pattern, which I knitted up after returning home. Highly recommend this sweet shop, which seems well-equipped for every knitter and spinner's needs!

The back rooms had what I look at as apothecary chest- tons of little drawers, if you can picture it. Except they had several of them and every drawer was filled with different jewelry findings! Beads, clasps, bails- you name it. At the front of the store were a bunch of felt hats that were also incredible. We were greeted when we entered and checked on a couple of times- I really enjoyed this shop. I was very, very tempted to buy myself one of their gorgeous semi-precious gemstone necklaces. Majority of the products in store are created from felt and they are made very nicely. This isn't a a store where there are products that are glued together... Nope... The quality is incredible! The clothing is made from linen so if you're looking for something stylish, light and Flowey, this is the place. There are home items that would really spruce up the place. Once inside, we realized it wasn't so little - it's actually quite large! Usually I'm a little leery of boutiques, because often their prices are high or they don't have a wide range of sizes. But About Time is different - they had things in many price ranges, and several different styles and sizes. They also had a gorgeous selection of jewelry and accessories, an all-too-tempting shoe section, and even a sale rack and consignment clothing in the very back! I left with a gorgeous consignment sweater and a summer dress off their sale rack. My daughter also found several teen-friendly trinkets that she loved. The owner was super friendly too.
