Turned out, they were taking our line's order at the booth and then making the drink, instead of having someone take their order ahead of time, like the other line. A few cars that got in line about 30 minutes after us got their coffee and left before we even had our order taken. It was so bad that the car that was waiting in front of us angrily drove off when they got to the booth instead of putting in an order. I understand being busy, but only moving through one line is extremely frustrating and rude to the customers in the other line. I will never return to this location, this was infuriating. All of the other locations i've been too have been great about getting you in and out, even when they're busy.

A few minutes later, a busser came out from the back and kicked a broken piece of cup along the floor. He just left it there rather than picking it up. It was still there in the middle of the floor when we left. They did remove the shake that never came and the 2 items that were cold and not eaten from the bill.
