The clinic has no pager, no voicemail to get a follow up from the doctor or staff after hours and only a typical message to call 911 in emergecy. Result: no diagnosis, no prescription, no visit summary, like she hasn't been there.

I found all of the above qualities visiting Erin every years for the past 7 years and that last encounter (over the phone) with the manager was the complete opposite of what I was accustomed to hence my disbelief. The practice seemed more impersonal. For example she tried to direct me away from monitoring my liver scores when I started taking statins. Although she had previously had the position that medications always have risks in promoting alternative medicine considerations and I had told her of my brother's death from non alcoholic cirrhosis due unmonitored prescription of cholesterol medication she tried to talk me out of the monitoring. At one point I had told her I didn't want to die from cirrhosis her reply was that there were worse ways to die.

My toe was swollen and red because it was fractured, not because of infection. I accepted the antibiotic (they have the ability to fill it on site) but waited to begin the medication until seeing the doctor. He was also confused why it was prescribed and showed me that if I elevated my foot, the color changed as bloodflow returned -- i.e., not an infection, just part of the normal healing process. That did make me question the medical decisionmaking I experienced, but thankfully my case was uncomplicated. Other than the poor stewardship of antibiotics, the care was good and I would return.

He prescribed the ear drops and medication that ensured I felt better within a few hours so that I was able to be present for our daughter and heal. I can count on every time I come in getting seen at least 45 minutes after my appointment time despite the place never appearing busy. The male nurse does not know how to take blood properly and not only hit a nerve causing my whole arm to become sore (which never happens if taken properly), but I became extremely sick and light headed because of that and because it was so hot in the office. After I was left with a huge bruise on my arm. The male doctor (I'm bad with names) is one of those doctors that start by naming all the most serious conditions that could possibly be related to your issue first to freak you out and then ends with "or it could be a lab error or fluke". Says you need to come back so he can run a full battery of tests, but then when you do he claims the issue is actually not remotely related to what he originally freaked you out about in the first place. In my case it went from you could possibly have Hepititus C to "Oh it's because you're drinking too much vegan protein powder", but let's take more blood to confirm. All in all I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are in dire need or have no other options.
