I had the worst experience here, absolutely horrible. I went with two friends to all get our nails done, they took care of my friends and kept skipping me over and over again. I got up and reminded the manager that I was still waiting and my friends were almost done and he told one of the girls to take care of me next. She came over and practically threw her tools at me and yelled at me to pick a color which I had already done. The tools she brought over were for a pedicure and I had asked for a manicure, so when I told her that she was very nasty. I got a little teary eyed because I was so frustrated at this point. At that point they sent me to a manicure table and then skipped me again. I gave up and left at this point. I will NEVER go there again, such an awful experience :( read more

Horrible experience today. I got acrylic french tips a few days prior and I noticed a gross discoloration after a few days inside/underneath the nails and streaky lines through-out the nails. Everyone at my work even said they looked bad. So I went in today 6/26 and asked for either a refund or for them to re-do them and he insisted that I was just dirty and that they just needed to be redone and that I should not wait so long between services even though I just had them re-done. What kind of customer service is that and what kind of service are they providing if they turn yellow within days. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to go there. read more

I went to Diva Day Spa last weekend, and it was a truly awful experience. I had been unsatisfied when I visited last yr, but figured I would give it another shot. The woman who did my fill-in was not very friendly, and seemingly clueless. She kept cutting my cuticles with the electric file, which was extremely painful. She cut one so badly that it was bleeding and hurt tremendously, and is now still hurting many days later. To top it off, she tried being secretive about the fact that I was bleeding... I am guessing she has made this mistake before. The worst part was, something was wrong with the way she did my nails, and the managers had to re-do them. I actually had left and then came back about 10 min later to complain. I can't believe they did not offer a refund, as I spent a few miserable hours there. The gel top coat on my nails is already chipping, although they swore it'd last a few weeks. I will NEVER be returning, and had the most miserable spa experience of my life here. read more

I went in on Thursday and got a gel main and a pedicure. As soon as I left I knew the manicure was not going to last. The finish was not smooth at all. Here it is Tuesday and all of my nails are bare. The gel started to lift around my cuticle as it was painted over, then the rest of the polish just peeled off. Even if the gel chips it should not peel off easily. I have been getting gel on my nails for years and it should last at least 2 weeks. Very disappointed that this manicure did not even make it a week. read more

The worst job Ive ever had. The bottom of my feet are rough now and they werent rough when i came in. I gave up trying to tell her that it was not smooth. Then she did my nails. I had bubbles and pieces of lint in my nail. She acted as though she had an attitude because i said something. Then when she told me to go sit so i can put my hands under the driver she didnt offer to bring my stuff so i had to go back to collect my belonging. I will never go back and i will tell everyone i know about this experience. I am one to easily please and im very unsatisfied. Now i have to go somewhere else to get everything redone. I will never come back here! Absolutely horrible. The staff was friendly but I got charge 65 dollars for a manicure with shellac and a normal pedicure. First off it hasn't even been THREE DAYS and my toes are chipping and my French manicured shellac nails have chipped off completely. My friend went with me and the same thing happened to her and they actually cut her cuticle and she now has an infection. NEVER AGAIN! Waste of money for such cheap services read more

I have never been so dissatisfied with an experience in a nail salon or any other business in my life. Nor have I ever walked out of a place without paying but to gay it happened. I knew as soon as I sat down that it was going to be a bad experience. I have Declan with me of course and she tells me to leave him in his stroller a good 15 feet from where I'm sitting. No. So I end up holding him which is fine but any other time I have been there they have been very accommodating with his stroller, even moving the pedicure chairs apart so I can place his stroller right beside mine. Next, I have a toe that requires a overlay due to an old injury and before she started I asked to make sure she was able to do that. As anyone who gets their nails done knows, not everyone knows how to do acrylic nails. She assured me she does and continues. Needless to say she didn't but I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking she would fix it. She didn't. Then she proceeds to completely destroy several of my other nails cutting them so short that there was redness and a slight bit of blood. I asked her to stop THREE times but she just kept going. Finally it took me getting up and grabbing my stuff her to realize I was serious. Absolutely horrendous experience. read more

Visited Saturday, 3/22/2015 - first, the woman at the front desk, wearing the black wore out wedge heals, had a no smile zone. Her energy was blah and she spoke to me as if I owed her money. Customer service goes a long way. My Pedi Tech cut my big toe nails crooked and therefore the French Tip was crooked. Please make sure your employees clean foot tub and utensils. Used to like coming here. The last two times were horrible. In fact it took me 3 months to come back this last time. I was hoping the time before that was jus a fluke. But no, the worst pedicure and manicure EVER. They used to be attentive but now it jus seems they try to please every walkin customer and rush with their work. Not very nice at the front desk either. He tells you to take a seat on any pedicure chair then the person doing the pedicure tells you to move to another chair. I'm 7 months pregnant I don't want to hop in and out of chairs! The last time the gentleman giving me my pedi actually scrubbed the top of my foot! That is not a good feeling and in fact I had a scrape the next day. This last time everything was bad. And after I asked her to only use the lotion on my legs because I have sensitive skin she still put the scrub on me! And the massage with stones was so brief and not relaxing at all. I just couldn't wait to get out of the seat. As much as I used to go to this place I will never return. read more
