Booked 2 collagen deluxe pedicure treatments and was quite disappointed. It was done in under an hour. It felt more like a regular pedicure. For example, the stone massage alone was 1-2mins max & the collagen socks with towels were on for under 5mins. It was advertised as a zen experience. It was not. It was my first time there. I had signed up online for Hung and I got another girl. I asked if she was Hung and she said no. I had to wait awhile before he could take me, even though my apt was 12:45. The girl offered me a drink and I waited about 15-20 mins and it was well worth the wait. He did a great job of trimming my nails and never cut me like a few places have in the past. He took his time during the pedi. I never felt rushed. The best part and my main reason for getting a pedi is for the leg massage. He did not disappoint. For that reason alone I will be a loyal customer at this salon from now on. The salon looked clean and sanitary, and every person I had interactions with were all very nice. Will also be bringing my daughter next time for a manicure. read more

I stopped going to this salon but will stop every now and then when I can't get in with my regular salon. And I'm always reminded why, they never use enough product, my nails are always transparent, no matter what color I use. And when I say something they get angry. it's not cheap getting your nails done and your toes done so I think I should get what I pay for ?!! I normally don't get fake nails, but I'm tired of my nails always breaking - so I asked for the tips, but to make it look as natural as possible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! i used to come to this salon before i left for school 2 yrs ago, came to visit and made an apt with Black (who i always used to go to & always used to tip 40% or more!!!!!) i called said i need my acrylic removed & color change. when i sat down i CHOSE to keep the acrylic on my nails instead of paying to have them removed & get a manicure instead of color change. Upon checking out they made me PAY $10 TO HAVE MY ACRYLIC REMOVED!!!!! EVEN THOUGH ITS STILL ON MY NAILS?????????? The owner argued with me and told me "just pay and leave." My first visit was wonderful! Pleasantly greeted when I walked in. Did not have to wait long even though I didn't have an appointment. I only got a regular manicure. She did a wonderful job! I like how they ask every customer to wash their hands prior to service (except how well do some customers wash their hands and the basket with the paper towels is a dip and grab so you're dripping on the other towels that you leave behind). I did have to request the nail tech to change her gloves as I did not see her change them out. She didn't argue with me and took them off but didn't wash her hands. I just made sure I didn't touch my face until I washed my hands after she was done. read more

Made a very last minute appointment for mother's day and they were able to squeeze us in day of! They were pretty busy, very packed. But regardless, they provided great service and really took their time with us. Didn't feel rush which I really appreciated it. I got gel acrylics done and the guy did a fantastic job. Was very patient with me while I tried figuring out my colors and designs. My nails looked fantastic, no messy lines around the cuticles or sides of the fingers. My mom got a pedicure and she loved it. They tried to time it so that once her nails were dried, I was done and it worked out well. Overall, really pleased with the results and service. This was my first time coming here with my sister two days ago and both of our GEL nails chipped. We came back to repair our nails and workers were attacking us and telling us that it's our fault that they broke. My sister and I were just trying to get them fixed and even said we'll pay the difference it wasn't a big deal. The workers insisted on yelling at us telling us it's our fault. So my sister and I decided to get powder nails this time around to see if it'll be a better fit for us and told them that we'll pay the difference from gel to powder. The workers gave us $5 off of a 35$ powder nail. I dutifully signed up on the clipboard and was roundly ignored. They took people with 4:00 appointments before me and it was well before 4:00! Maybe I would have gotten better service if I had worn my Vietnam Veteran hat... I forgot to mention that they don't answer the phone, just let it ring and ring. It was busy (yesterday - so holiday weekend almost) but i didn't mind waiting, this was my vacation treat. I got in my chair and the girl working with me was lovely - too bad she was visiting from out of town! I loved her :) Anyway, part way through, the manager came over and asked if they could switch to an express pedi b/c people with appointments had come in. My mouth was agape and I was in shock - no lotion, no hot stones, no massage - that's the WHOLE POINT of a pedicure. i could paint my toes at home. fortunately she changed her mind; but sorry, your lack of organization shouldn't be at the cost of a paying customer - especially one that might be or could be a regular / recurring one. I will chock this up as a crazy busy day that they weren't prepared for and they just didn't know what to do - and they picked the wrong solution at first. I had a terrible experience at this salon. The individual that did my dipping nail and pedicure was not very good. I kept asking him to correct his work, nail polish on skin and cuticles and the dip is horrible. The dip is thick and uneven and my cuticles look terrible. After 2 hours I finally gave up. I brought it to the owners attention and she acknowledged that he was having trouble but she did nothing. She told me to go to another salon after she grabbed my credit card out of my hand. Ive gone to soon many nail salons around here and even in the West Melbourne and Palm Bay area , this is by far the best place to go . Its hard to believe some of these over exaggerated one star reviews . Everyone at sunnier nails is courteous and kind , and they clearly communicate with me on what i want done . Their small talk is genuine and not forced like Professionail in Viera - which i was a loyal customer to for nearly two years . They accept walk ins but within reason - like any good business . If they have 5 regular client appointments for mani/pedis/ acrylics and more at 4 o'clock , and you walk in wanting everything and more, hate to say it , but you're not a priority . Often they will work with you though , since there are times I've walked in w/o appt and they asked if i could come back a few hours later . I always get EXCEPTIONAL treatment there . to the lady with the comment that they never answer their phones , its sad you feel the need to lie so hard on a review lol . every time I've been there , they take phone calls while doing my nails if they're super busy , or someone's at the front desk taking them and every time I've called I've gotten an answer . HORRIBLE! BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I specifically told the girl "Rita" exactly what I needed and she not only completely ignored me but get this, she didn't even bother soaking my feet. She tried to cut my cuticle DRY and scrape my feet DRY! I stopped her from going any further when I realized that she couldn't have cared less to what I needed (literally 10 minutes in the chair) picked up my polish and went to walk out and they had the nerve to try and charge me $25...I threw a ten at them and drove to Bayside Nails. The salon was very busy (every pedicure chair was taken) when I walked in five minutes after opening, but the wait was only about 15-20 minutes which is pretty impressive for how many people they had in there! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The salon was bright and clean and had a very modern set up. They offer a nice variety of services, which I like. I received a regular spa pedicure which was fantastic. It was relaxing but also did not take too long and the finished product was a very well done pedicure. I thought the rice was very reasonable for the services provided and will definitely be going back!
