This is the worst pedicure that I've ever had. My regular nail tech was out that day, so I had a different tech do my nails. He nicked me twice drawing blood, then applied gel paint and did not cure it. I went back 45 minutes wondering why the paint was running off. He proceeded with repolishing and curing. possibly the worst job done possible for my daughters nails. I chose the more expensive gel nail polish done for her for 15$ instead of the regular polish for 5$. They said it would it last for a week instead of the normal 2-3 days. Within 1 day, polish on 2 of the nails had completely peeled off, within 2 days, polish on 5 of the nails had completely peeled off. She's had this done before with much longer lasting results. Not sure what went wrong with this. The other thing we noticed was the nails were not trimmed or cleaned underneath like other places but we're more dissappointed about how short the polish lasted. While they do a halfway decent job and they usually have good availability, I just can't give them better than 3 stars. Twice now I've gone there and booked 2 people the same time, which to me equals "obviously these ladies want to sit together, chat, bond, dish because they're family or best friends" The first time my bestie and I at least sat together getting our pedis, but for the manis, there were plenty of seats open and they wouldn't sit us next to each other. The whole point was that I bought the manis and pedis for my besties birthday so that we could spend time together, just us, away from our kids, and for at least an hour to hour and a half, she was somewhere else while they did my acrylics. I live three hours away, so we don't see each other often. Another time, I booked for two people to get manis done with my niece, also so that we could spend time together and gossip away from my parents and away from my kids. Again, the place was wide open and where did they sit us? on opposite sides of the manicure area. Very annoying. I guess you just have to be very specific when booking to specifically ask to sit right next to each other if possible. Also, the second time I went, the guy kept coughing and clearing the mucus in his throat which is a disgusting habit that turns my stomach, plus he was doing this while not wearing a mask. I had just had surgery on my leg and was nervous I was going to catch something and get sick from him doing that. I've given them two chances, and both times, they just let me down. Let me start by saying I have been to most of the nail salon in the area and have gotten dozens of mani/pedis. This salon is big, clean and has plenty of staff (no wait time!) Nancy rocks! She really took her time as opposed to a lot of the other salons tgat usually have a line of people waiting. She did not rush through my manicure or pedicure. I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails. 1.) The polish line up by my cuticle needs to be perfect ( as well as the line on the side of my nail) 2.) The Polish needs to be evenly spread throughout the nail so that there are not sheer areas. She nailed it. We seemed to be having some trouble in the lamp drying my nails, but she worked at it until they were perfect. For such above and beyond service, their prices in my opinion are lower than the other salons in the area. read more

I don't even think this place deserves a star. This was by far the worst salon I have ever went to. We had an appt at 4:30pm and didn't get into a chair and started on my nails until about 6pm. The acrylics were set on fine. I was able to choose my length and shape. However the nail painting job was THE worst. Spots were missed I kept telling the nail tech. And then i was under the nail dryer for 45 mins and they still weren't dry! The nail tech didn't come and check my nails to see if they were dry. He looked at me and said that I should go. I was so tired for waiting 3 hours I didn't even say anything. This business will lose me as a customer. Im all for supporting a local business but I believe your money is best spent some where else. Edit: I completely forgot because I was so upset due to my nails, that this place was also unsanitary. When I had my hands under the fan the whole table felt gross and was super grainy on my hands. I immediately washed my hands when i got home. Floors were unswept and the booths didn't look like they were ever cleaned. Also my nail tech had long nasty nails and didn't tell me he was leaving when he put wax on my hands and came back smelling like pack of cigarettes. Gross. I've been to the salon twice both times same guy. For some reason couldn't get anyone else. First time just me second time was with my daughter for prom. I asked for a specific drawing on my third nail(I had pics) but he did what he wanted to do. Some crappy flowers twice. It was my daughters first time and he did a crappy job, rushing through hers. He cut her fingers three times. I was not happy either visit. The whole time he was worried about the rest of the store than the nails. It cost $49 the first time and $57 for my fill the second. I came in to get my nails done but before anything started he didn't clean his station for his last client and had me resting on her wet towel nothing was wiped or cleaned given Covid. The he did what he wanted to do to my nails when I asked him to fix it he ignored me. But listened when my mom came to see what was wrong. My nails were fixed but for him to fix them he took basically all my acrylic off just to add gel polish. None of my nails are even or the same shape. I was charged $50 for something I didn't ask for. I asked for gel polish so he gave me dip. I will not be back he was absolutely my worst nail experience I would give them no stars. I went in today and got their basic pedicure. I will say I was shocked at how big the place was and how many chairs they had available. It was also VERY clean looking. It did not have that "dusty" essence to it that a lot of "quickie" nail places have due to the fake nails. I had a minimal wait which was fine because it gave me time to pick out a color. Pedicurist did a nice job with my service and the leg massage was really gentle. My color was painted on beautifully and I left with really pretty feet. My only complaint was that my technician spent more time chatting with one of the other employees. Absolutely no one in there made me feel comfortable. I felt like I was bothering them the entire time.
