She loved getting her nails done so me and my sisters in her honor got our nails done on her birthday, when we traveled together. So we saw a salon that had an article in the paper about two sisters, wanting to have a business together with their family to make people feel welcomed and good about themselves when they left. This was just right up our alley we thought.!!!! But, we were WRONG!!! The nails were done fine, the place seemed nice and clean. But the attitudes of the staff there was horrendous. We all try making a joke or tried making conversation with the girls and the two boys, but they were very dry and rude. Did not feel welcome. Did not want to ruin the day because we were celebrating again my mother's life and what she'd like to do. we are all together which was amazing so we made the best out of it. We wanted to get our feet done as well for a pedicure, but manicure time was more than enough at this place. So maybe they were mad that we came in? The sign of the doors said they were open till 7 PM. We got there about 3:30 ish. We had gone to lunch and were looking for a place for our nails done. By the time we get out of there, it was a little bit after five for all three of us to be done. They as soon as we left they close the doors turn the lights off, and we were met with them in the parking lot. So obviously they don't stay open like the hours on the door say. I'm so sad that we picked this place because we were again trying to make the best out of our day and remembrance of our mother. Sorry mom we tried. We did make the best out of it though! So SISTER's, you never know what someone's going through in their lives, but being in the service industry, it is your job to make them feel relaxed and comfortable and happy when they are there getting pampered.
