This location now has a new owner. They do not honor "appointments" if you make an appointment, they freely give the appointment away. They do not take into consideration that you have a schedule. They just do whatever they want disregarding your appt. read more

Had a horrible experience today. My dad scheduled for 5 pedicures, 4 manicures on (5 people), and two little girl mani/pedis. All pedicures were done, but took forever to finish my mom's pedicure and only two manicures got done. Never even acknowledged that two more manicures needed to be done and they helped 3 other people for manicures completely ignoring that we still had two more manicures that needed to be done and the fact we were there first. Lilly was amazing and wonder why she isn't there anymore. My dad and I were beyond pissed at the lack of service. The pedicures weren't good either. read more

Horrible customer service by the owner. I paid good money to end up disappointed. I was trying to express what I wanted and there was a language barrier. The owner spoke perfect English and she would get involved when the lady (sweet lady) working on my hands would call her. The owner was making me feel like I was a pushy costumer which is not the case. My dip nails were ridiculously thick and an off shape, I ask 2 times to please make them thinner. After a while I kept my mouth shut and I left so unhappy. The gentleman that was polishing my toes, his hands were shaking so much and the red polish appeared to be drying while he kept going over it leaving creases on my toenails. I felt so bad saying something but I had to. Someone else took over and the polish was much better. I felt horrible for complaining but even more so when my complaint was not considered as legitimate. I still left a good tip to both people that worked on me but as I see my hands I am just so disappointed and had to write a review. I never leave bad reviews. read more

We came for pedicures but after waiting a couple of minutes the fumes were so bad we had to walk out. It's really small and it doesn't seem like there is much ventilation. I was really looking forward to trying this place too! We both go headaches after only a few minutes so couldn't imagine sitting in there for a service. read more

Despite the name and location staying the same, there apparently has been multiple owners in the last year. I received a gift card about a year ago that they refused to honor, saying that they are not responsible since it was sold under a different owner. The owner even tried to tell me that it expires after three months. As far as I am concerned, you do not get to pick and choose what part of the business you are purchasing. I even had the receipt showing the purchase. The business had no problem taking $40, writing his (Ken) name on the back of the card. Seeing that I was visibly upset, she offered a discount. However, when I went to pay, she said she would only give a discount if I agreed not to file a police report. Furthermore, my pedicure was supposed to include callus removal. I noticed that she was about to paint my nails and it had not been done. When asked why, they said that the state will no longer allow them to use the "cheese grater" tool. This information would have been useful when picking the pedicure. Disappointed with the visit to say the least. read more

I have read they are under new ownership. While I don't know when that happened, I recently started going here and have had no issues. ANDY is amazing and everybody is so kind and understanding. I didn't get the name of the woman doing my pedicure, but she did a great job and was so sweet. While getting my pedicure, I witnessed a lowkey Karen come in and they did an amazing job explaining prices and procedures to her even though she was being difficult for no reason. 10+ stars for that. I didn't like my manicure two times and Andy was gracious enough to change it (I still feel horrible Andy ily). Anyways, I will be retuning anytime I need nails and pedi. :) I recommend booking an appointment beforehand. read more

horrible place to go. went in for lash removal which takes no more than 20 mins and i was in the room for an hour and a half she forgot about me and was helping another client, and she pulled out my natural lashes about three times and kept apologizing. i called and asked how much it was for a lash removal and they said $20 when it was time to paid she charged me $25. worse experience ever. read more

I was running early for a hair appointment so I stopped by here hoping they had a time slot open. They did and quickly fit me in. It was my first time getting gel nails and I'm still impressed with how long they've lasted (I work at a spa and deal with cleaning supplies regularly). Everyone there was very nice. The spa was very clean and my manicurist, Alex, was friendly and we chatted a bit. He helped me finalize a nail color decision and I'm still very happy with the results. The only reason I didn't give this place more stars is because this is the first place I've ever gotten a manicure and left bleeding. I don't get my nails done often but I've still never had this happen before. I got nipped while my cuticles were being cut, which was fine. It didn't hurt, only it didn't get dealt with. I know I was a difficult guest because I was in a bit of a hurry but still, I ended up having to pause the service to stop the bleeding (I've read horror stories about people getting infections at nail salons, and I also didn't want to contaminate any of the products). My manicurist seemed totally unphased that I was bleeding while he was buffing and priming my nails. I'm not sure I'll go back or recommend this place to friends because of this, but other than this incident the spa was very nice, quick, and clean. read more

Tina always does an exceptional job! I get right in every time I make an appointment. She takes great care to make sure all my nails match & remembers what I like. After being a loyal customer for 3 years I am now having to change my review taking it down from a five to a three star review as is becoming very hit-and-miss, now mostly miss. The final provetbial steaw happened when I had a very bad experience there yesterday which actually forced myself and my stepdaughter to have to leave and I will say unfortunately we will not be returning. I had nexgen put on my nails last week and it was done so thinly that all of my nails broke within the week following. When I came back and brought my stepdaughter with me as a new client yesterday, Tony who claimed he was not the owner just the manager, and who had done my nails the week before, claims that he had actually asked me to do him that way, got very defensive and rude and refused to give any kind of discount when we even mentioned the botched job done the week before. I believe I have been very polite and pointed out that they knew me as a customer he had been coming there for 3 years and I've never had a problem before. I told him of course I knew next-gen process very well and we never asked him to do it so thin. He flat out called me a liar in front of the entire salon and escalated very quickly. He started yelling at my stepdaughter to the point to where we had to leave the salon in order to avoid a scene which was already in progress at that point. It did not have to go down that way and was very embarrassing and unbelievably unprofessional from a customer service standpoint not only the horrible manicure I got the week before but the way that he handled my complaint. We did not tell, but asked calmly to discuss the issue very quietly and Tony came over and flipped out on us. I'm very sad to lose my patronage of Diva Nails. I felt that even though they were the fanciest place in town that they had always done a good job in the past but quite frankly I have noticed that they are going downhill I won't be returning. This is from a once loyal customer who has referred many people in the past. I even had them do my wedding nails over other people but their service has changed so much I wouldn't walk in the door again.
