Unfortunately, the service didn't live up to the upscale appearance or the high price point. My manicure and NexGen dip were fine. The technician was kind and tried to do a good job, and I appreciated her effort. But the pedicure was a different story. The technician didn't trim my cuticles, and when I pointed it out--along with a crooked nail--he brushed it off. He applied the polish sloppily--it genuinely looked like a fifth grader painted it. When I asked him to fix it, he gave attitude and said it was just the way my nail was growing. The female manager came over but didn't do much to correct the issue. She kept asking if I wanted to remove the polish and do something else, but that wasn't the problem--I actually liked the color and it matched my nails. It was just a very messy application. Considering how expensive the visit was, the 20% off promo is the only thing that brings the price in line with other local salons. Sadly, even with the discount, I left disappointed and most likely won't be back.
