The place was small but cute. The lady doing my nails was very sweet. I think the price was good I have a acrylic removal and regular pedi and gel for $45. I liked my pedi overall. I don't think the painting was perfect but it was pretty good, I'd go again. I'd recommend brining cash so you don't get charged the fee read more

Wish I didn't have to do this but it seems like the service just get worse and worse. I went three weeks ago was not happy with my nails but decided to give it another try today. It was just as bad. The tech who did my fingernails was so nice and made me feel comfortable. The one who does the pedicure always seems to do a messy job and always makes me feel unwelcome. 3.5 Stars the two girls I really liked left & the spot isn't quite the same without them. Super bummed. I usually come here with my sister (who found the spot), we managed to walk-in with no appointment. The ladies who did our pedicures were very sweet. There's a girl who wears a cute apron, she communicated with us for most of the pedicure in making sure temperatures were okay & our toes felt ok. I appreciate that. We chose the "Special Pedicure", which offers a Mint sea Salt scrub, I really enjoyed it. Very invigorating! The prices are affordable & they don't rush thru your pedicure like some places. Everything looked clean & organized. They immediately cleaned the basin of the chair where your feet go once we were done. One of the girls also helped me put my sandals on so I wouldn't mess my toes up (which is inevitable with my clumsiness.) read more

I would come here for YEARS. Since they changed management it's just not the same anymore. You can tell the workers are unhappy and there's only like 4 people working there. Peter and Lee have left... my absolute favorites. I know the girls that work there work hard and try their best but honestly they are not as good as the old staff. It sucks that I live so close and now I have to find a new nail salon. Prices are ridiculously high for the area too. I see people walking out when they see the new prices. read more

CAN I GIVE NO STARS ? BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD DONT EVEN READ LOOK AT THE PICTURES i came in asking for an acrylic overlay on my bare natural nails. I got seated down pretty quickly which honestly made me feel like I was at the right place . QUICKLY HELL BEGAN. I told her to not really sand down my nails since they were fairly thin already.. she began sanding ??? Like did you not just hear me .. she proceeded to adding the overlay application was good I give her that .. but then the shaping began .. I have 10 fingers ,(sadly) she cut the side of 8/10 fingers, like are you not certified or is this your first time ???? Like i understand it happens 1,2,3, even 4 fingers fine but 8 honestly .. what the **** . Excuse my language but I honestly cannot believe what occurred . You'd think it stops there. nope SHE GRABS MY THUMB she goes in with her drill to get under my nail ... UNDER WHAT NAIL??? there's no length there's nothing to drill under , oh wait there is MY SKIN which of course she got to and cut and made bleed (shown in picture) I told her how bad that hurt I mean she did just drill under my nail bed skin ... THAT WAS PAINFUL AND I HAVE PAIN TOLERANCE. I told her to give me a sec bc the throbbing was just bad , she continued ... I started feeling weak and like I was going to faint . I feel like her not understanding that a "little" cut can revoke adrenaline made the experience worse. I started feeling like I was going to faint , the lady next to me even noticed started asking if I was okay . The person doing my nails didn't even bother asking if I needed water or anything . I couldn't speak due to what I was feeling I was already loosing my breath . Last thing I told her was "pass me alcohol to drink" and she starts laughing . I was like huh then realized what I had said was incorrect due to what my head was going thru. So the little breath I did have left I used to correct myself and ask her for alcohol to SMELL . EVERYONE ANYONE ANYTHING should know that alcohol helps with helping you get back if you do feel that way. The way she handled the situation was so unprofessional. Although I left with unfinished nails , I did go back to ask how much for the way she had left me just to go back to her smoking a cigarette outside after she treated me the way she did . The salon has revamped and the salon looks very nice, clean and the gals are friendly. They are up to date with the nail design trends and are able to offer them and do it properly. For the holidays I went with hot pink gel manicure with powdered 3D snowflakes and came out beautifully with glitter. My second time around I did a gel mani and pedi and it was relaxing. The salon is clean, the items are professionally sanitized and as for dip, they don't double dip into the container. read more

This has been my go-to nail spot for a few years now... Recently came in showed a photo and was assured that they could do it even told them I could guide them through how to make what I wanted happen after 3 hours and two nail techs a lot of disrespects and frustration because I just didn't want to listen I walked out without nails although I wasn't sure they could do the pattern.. if you can't no problem completely understand but don't tell me you can do something and then get mad at me when you can't because apparently my ombre design was to hard wasted a whole day to finally get nails to match the color of toes that they gave me so thanks guys wasted my day and lost a loyal customer.. these nails are NOT from this location read more

THERE WAS A BABY COCKROACH on the towel. I came in and had asked for a mani pedi plus an acrylic removal. I came in at around 9:30 and got seated at 10 did not leave until 1:15. someone started to do my pedicure and I asked her if we could start the nail removal because I know that takes a long time and she said no that's not my job. So I asked her if she can ask someone else to start it just so I can have my hands soaking in the acetone while doing my toes to save time. She repeated it's not her job and the hand people will handle it later. (Owner said I should've said I wanted the soak off before so they can start it and I let her know I did ask twice, she apologized for that because she said the pedi lady doesn't speak English) Long story short, almost two hours later another girl (owner) was able to remove the gel and acrylics and started on my mani. Towards the end of doing my nails I notice A BABY COCKROACH fall onto the towel. I saw and panicked and said "IS THAT A BUG?" She too freaked out but only FOLDED the towel. She didn't grab a new towel. So at the point I just need to get out because there's a (probably dead) baby roach under the towel. She also cut my nail and it got infected and it's throbbing right now. I wish I could give negative stars ): prices are cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. This is my new go to as it is cheaper than the Santa Monica and LA salons. I was using press on nails for some time and the glue was ruining my nails. The person who did my nails was knowledgeable on how to fix it. She said I had to cut it short and then apply the gel first before adding the gel color polish to it. After the gel, my fingernails then felt a lot stronger. I think they had great attention to detail and service. It was nice that they were open on a Sunday morning. It is conveniently located next to several shops like Starbucks, 99 cents, and Wingstop. read more

This is my second time coming to this nail salon and my first visit was very good! One of the lady's did a gel manicure on me and it looked stunning!! My second visit though I was actually really disappointed on how my color manicure (no gel) turned out. The lady was rushing with my nails and it was seemed like she just didn't want to do the whole work. The top coat shows where she didn't finish and when I saw a big bubble on one of my nails she insisted on putting on a 4TH layer of color coat on my nails. My nails look very unevenly painted and I do not plan on going to this nail salon again. It was a real bummer because the lady's are VERY SWEET but the work isn't worth my money and time. read more

We got an appointment for 2 pedicures at 7pm. Good thing we book it the other day cause they're a alot of people waiting. We tried the signature pedicure which is 20$ and it was just okay. They dip my feet in a lukewarm water then start cleaning my nails and scrub the back of my foot. I got mine with gel which cause 10$ more. They offered us for eyebrow waxing which we did for like $8. My bf likes how his eyebrows turned out but the thing is there were few bumps formed when they pluck his eyebrows. I'm not a fan with mine too its much thinner since i have thick eyebrows and they wax a little bit more in my right brow area. They use hot wax by the way. I wanna like it cause it's closer to home and the ladies are nice but we won't go back in there. read more

Zero stars! I came a few weeks ago unfortunately. They are totally not complying to with the COVID regulations. They have customers waiting and sitting side by side to each other. I don't even think they should be open. My toe got infected after I got a pedicure here. I had to get antibiotics because my nail was pulsing and had blood coming out. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. read more

Miley, was awesome and so is the older lady ( forgot to ask her name ) . Super careful and accommodating, myself I was happy. And would totally had given them 5 stars but my gf got this one younger lady with short hair that was just upset to be at work or forced to be there. Everything was going great till she kept cutting her cuticles even tho she complained of pain. That didn't stopped her she kept cutting till she saw blood coming out to the point she couldn't make the blood stop. This was our first time here. Lesson learn ! Will give them another chance but we are so not getting anything done by her again. I think the other workers shouldn't lose clients cause one person is carelessness. read more

Peter is my go to! He's so sweet and always makes sure that you like the work is is doing. I was hesitant to change my nail place, but I'm so glad I did. Every time I make an appointment, they actually seat me ASAP at my appointment time. My old shop kinda stopped caring about my "appointment" so that's why I switched over. Very fast and convenient in all angles. They have soooo many cool colors for gel and they also do designs and different nail art. It's also clean and way easy to find parking. read more

Was looking for a nail place open on a Sunday (Easter Sunday, no less) and this place popped up. Prices are a bit less to start with than other places, but there are add on charges for services that other places include as a package (pedicure - color removal, sugar scrub, $25 . The added massage and callus removal pushed up the entire total to $37. So in the end, I ended up paying pretty much the same amount of money for similar services elsewhere). Hard to change your mind though once the service has started. Like the farmer said from "Babe" the movie with the pig - "That'll do". Check your surroundings though, the 99 cent store is next to this spot and there was a lot of traffic coming and going, no one was slowing down either. read more

Today was my first time trying the Powder Dip Manicure option in clear with colored gel nail polish on top. One of my nails was broken and Diva Nails was able to save it using the organic powder dip and the powder dip made all my nails even stronger. This is going to be my new favorite manicure choice and is more natural and lighter than a full set of acrylic. I've been going to Diva Nails for many years and they do quality work for manicures and pedicures. Everyone there is very nice and very good. I highly recommend Nancy. I used to come here for a gel manicure. I really liked how it was managed under Miley. When i found out she no longer work here, i still gave it a shot and went. Today, it was my second time to get my gel manicure and a regular pedicure under this new management. (Even though i found a new Nail salon which is closed today reason why i am here) I wanted to pamper myself and obviously spoil myself. Some "ME TIME" (u know what i mean) but they ruined all that for me today. The guy that did my manicure who is unfriendly and had an attitude and the lady that took over because the guy couldn't understand where and which nails i wanted the colors on. A lady that took over was worst. She had a major attitude!!! And wanted to charge me a dollar extra per nail polish color after she had painted my nails already. I could go on about what happened here today but to make it all short, I FEEL LIKE I WASTED $49 (that i didnt have a problem if i was treated nicely & if i was happy with their job) I WALKED OUT FEELING LIKE I JUST GOT SCAMMED. I hated how she painted my nails and the colors she ended up doing was nowhere close to what i had said in the beginning!!! But i give the lady who did my pedicure a 5 star though! She's very sweet. This is forsure my favorite nails shop! They're very careful and everytime I go they always satisfy me! I showed a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and the staff customized his own design on my ring fingers and I love it sooo much! The staffs there are also very nice and sweet so I highly recommend if you're trying to get your manicure and pedicure done here. I've been to a couple nail shops and the person would sometimes cut my cuticles while preparing to apply the acrylics, which I absolutely hate. My friend introduced me here and I can't explain how much I love their work. 11/10 recommend read more

I feel bad leaving this review because my tech was nice but it was such a horrible job. They were super slow so the rushed job was unnecessary. My nails are uneven, the nail polish they use is garbage, and it already looks like a two week old job. I had asked for a design and she just slapped on a sticker. I came here because I was being cheap and thought it was $20 for a gel mani but she charged me $31. $9 more at my usual spot and I could've had perfect bomb nails. read more

I came in to get a full set with gel. There was about 3 people working on a Sunday. I was told it would take another 20 mins before they could get to me. My only disappointment was that the wait was longer than way longer than 20 mins. But I guess that just meant that they take their time and make sure you are completely happy with your nails. Other than the wait, I love my nails and how they came out. I'd definitely come again. I just hope that the wait won't be as long next time. read more

if i could give ZERO stars i would. WORST place i've ever been too, not only did he cut me but when i asked to simply fixed one short nail they refused and said they couldn't WHY NOT? When they were charging me $50 for a full set. They're always in a bad mood and giving attitude. Always talking in their language when you ask them to fix something or do something.. I got my acrylics done and when she was finished I noticed some small holes i was not happy but whatever. 2 days later I woke up with MORE holes in my nails and paint of the center flower dots off leaving me with more massive ugly holes in my nails. My nails are 2 days old and I want too take them off because off how ruined they are. The price was not bad, the french tips were good but the nail art was ok, not the best and it barely resembled what I wanted. read more

Watching her go from renting a suite at Sola to opening her own beautiful studio in Cypress has been one of the coolest things to witness. As one of her longtime clients, I couldn't be more proud of everything she's accomplished. She has worked incredibly hard for this, and it shows. One thing about Pauline is that she's always been consistent. She confirms appointments the day before, communicates if anything changes, and always respects her clients' time. And because my lashes grow at an absolutely ridiculous speed (our ongoing inside joke ), she's squeezed me in for mini fills and even helped me through the occasional lash emergency whenever she could. I never take that for granted because I know how busy she is. What I don't think enough people talk about is the experience. There's something about laying on her lash bed (RIP to the hydraulic one... and no, Pauline didn't break it IYKYK) that immediately makes me feel at peace. Life has thrown me plenty over these last 5 years, and somehow every appointment becomes a chance to pause, breathe, and leave everything outside that room for a little while. In my last review, I said Pauline was one of my safe spaces. 5 years later... she still is. When I really sat down to think about it, I realized Pauline has quietly been there through almost every chapter of my adult life. She made me feel beautiful for every milestone, every celebration, every vacation, every heartbreak, and every fresh start. She was there through my divorce. She was there while I was picking myself back up. She was there when I found my person. She was there before my trips to Japan, Korea, Thailand, Paris, and so many other places; making sure I looked and felt my absolute best before every adventure. Looking back at photos from all those memories, there's a little piece of Pauline in every single one of them. That may sound silly to some people, but to me, it's a reminder that she's been part of my journey for years. As a mom, she's continued providing services for my daughter, Ava, and there honestly isn't anyone else I'd trust. Seeing Ava build her own relationship with Pauline over the years has been really special, and that's something that means so much to me. I genuinely look forward to every appointment. The positive energy is always there. Somehow we manage to unpack everything happening in our lives during each visit, and I'm incredibly grateful that somewhere along the way my lash artist became one of my closest friends. I love watching her continue to grow, and I know this is only the beginning for her. What amazes me most is that after all these years, every appointment still feels like my very first one. She has never lost that welcoming, genuine, caring personality that made me feel comfortable the day we met. Whether you've been seeing her for years or you're walking into her studio for the first time, she treats everyone with the same kindness, patience, and attention to detail. They have hand sanitizer right by the entrance and a digital check in screen which makes things feel organized and easy. The TVs were playing Indian music videos which adds a little personality without trying too hard. For eyebrow threading, they seat you in one of the four chairs in the main area. They do have private rooms for services like waxing, facials, and henna, but brows happen right out front. As soon as I sat down, she started the service. I would have appreciated a quick check in about how I like my brows shaped, but she was gentle, took her time, and the end result was totally fine. Not life changing, not disappointing, just exactly what I needed for a clean up. The price matches the experience which I appreciate because it is affordable and predictable. This is not a spa style brow experience. Nobody is offering tea or turning down the lights. This is the kind of place where you can get your brows done quickly, affordably, and be back in your car in ten minutes. And sometimes that is the perfect mood.

Those places, even when I would consistently get wax, never had the consistent workers. I decided to try Sea Spa which is just a 5 minute drive fr my house here in GG! And i am so happy that I decided to do so. Nancy did my Brazilian and was very detail oriented and quick. She used the hot wax and paper method with small sections. I appreciate the small sections she did! The salon it self was very inviting, beautiful, and relaxing. They offer other services like body and scalp massages, mani and pedis, and even lash extensions and semi permanent makeup. Cannot wait to schedule my next session!
