I just went today for my pedicure volcano spa pedicure. Everytime I go to this salon I always do the volcano spa pedicure. I was notice that the technician name Nancy, I noticed she only do the lotion massage. And I ask her how about the exfoliating sugar scrub? Because I don't see that she put in to my legs. And of course I can feel because the sugar scrub is different from the lotion. And she never put the collagen cream maske. She only put the collagen massage. I arrived on time and waited over 30 minutes, only to watch multiple people who came in after me get seated first--for the same exact service (gel manicure and pedicure). Overall, they did a really nice job on both my gel manicure and gel pedicure. Very clean, detailed, and professional. They also have a great selection of colors to choose from, which I appreciated. The only downside was the payment setup. They add a $1 fee if you pay with your card. You can't include a tip on your card, which feels outdated in 2025. They have an ATM inside, but it charges a fee. On top of that, they charged $7 to remove dip powder with gel even though I was getting a gel manicure, which felt unnecessary. Other than those small frustrations, the service itself was good, and my nails turned out beautifully. read more

If the pedicure had turned out nicely, I wouldn't be writing this review. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst pedicures I've ever received. The nails are uneven, and it seemed like she only filed each one for a couple of seconds. My big toenails don't match, and the nails on my left foot are oddly shaped and inconsistent. I got callus scrub but she scrubbed for like 15 seconds and the pic is of me sitting in there with the pedicure done. You see all that dry skin! As someone who is visibly disabled, I'm used to getting looks when I walk into places, but this experience was different. During the pedicure, the staff kept staring at me--not just glancing, but looking at me without any acknowledgment or smiles, which felt uncomfortable. At one point, a staff member pointed at my foot while talking to another worker, which felt invasive. I had sensitive spots on my feet that I specifically asked the technician not to touch because they hurt. However, she touched those spots multiple times, each time saying, "Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot," and laughing it off. Although I believe she was trying to be gentle, that doesn't excuse not doing a thorough job. Additionally, I noticed that the basin of the massage chair wasn't disinfected or cleaned before I sat down, though I believe she did change the liner, as it was dry. The turnover was so quick that I didn't actually see the liner change happen. What bothered me most was that, unlike other customers who paid at the front after their service, I was asked to pay right away. This made me feel singled out, as if I wasn't trusted. Even though the salon was nearly empty with three open seats, she made me move to another spot to let my nails dry. If there were no other customers waiting and she saw that I was struggling to move, it seemed unnecessary to make me shift seats--especially when she took the time to thoroughly clean the basin after I got up, something I hadn't seen her do before my pedicure. Overall, I felt uncomfortable and disappointed by the lack of care and consideration throughout the experience. read more

I happened to come by the business next door and saw how they were not busy at all for a Saturday, and got myself a 4pm appointment for a pedicure. Pluses: Everyone kept a mask on. No people waiting inside. Sanitary plastic bag over the spa foot soak. Prices barely changed. $38 for the mid priced pedicure package included callus removal, foot and leg massage for 8 minutes total plus leg masque in your choice of scent and toe nail color applied. Downside: The chairs have seen better days but at least the massage functions work. I had to request the TV showing females on a beach to be changed to another channel please. Prices are reasonable, and the owners/managers do their best to accommodate same day appointments as well as walk ins where possible. most of the nail techs are nice and do great work! The owner/managers are really helpful in finding colors, and the nail techs are good about matching what design / art you want (if you couldn't tell from my various design requests in these pics). I usually like my gel X as short as possible. They started off short but have been progressively getting longer my only qualm is that I have to ask a lot to get them even shorter. I never write reviews, but...wow. This was my first, and definitely last time at this nail salon. 1. Poor ventilation -- suffocating smell of harsh chemicals immediately hit you when you walk inside. 2. I asked for a regular pedicure -- Technician #1 was nice and she did a great job. She even talked me into a Luxury pedicure package ($40). Regular nail polish turned out kind of bumpy, but honestly the perks included with the Luxury package was worth it. 3. Also, I asked for a regular manicure -- specifically to remove old gel polish, cut super short, and clear regular nail polish. Technician #2 ended up cutting my thumb and did a horrible job from start to finish -- pictures show how she didn't remove all the gel base coat, the corners of each nail still has old green gel nail polish, cuticle care was not done at all, and my thumb is clotted from getting cut. She rushed the entire process and forgot to apply clear polish at the end. At this point, I was so over the experience and didn't ask for her to come back and finish. 3. I showed the lady at checkout that my thumb was bleeding. She talked to Technician #2, who them put a cotton ball over my thumb, passively apologized, and went back to her client. 4. What went from a quoted price of $40 ended up being $70 -- Luxury pedicure ($40), regular manicure ($18), remove old polish from toenails ($6), remove old polish from fingernails ($6). I shouldn't have been charged for the regular polish because of the quality of service I received from Technician #2. Again, at this point I just wanted to get out. I've never had such a bad experience from a nail salon. I chose this place because of all the positive reviews, but omg... never again. read more

I just got my nails done about 3 days ago before spring break and they chipped already. This has never happened to me in my 22 years of living and it's especially disappointing because I'm on a trip right now and my nails look horrific. Furthermore, she didn't even fill my nail in completely so when I came out of the nail salon it looked like I had gotten my nails done a week ago. A full gap between my cuticle and polish.
