I love an early morning nail appointment! This was my first time coming to this newly-taken-over salon, and I will be back! Let me start off my by highlighting that they are meticulous and really put in care to their work. With that being said, please be patient. I was greeted by Emie, Jess, and Helen. They run a warm and super clean salon. Their prices are reasonable, but the service was elite! I got a gel pedicure and a gel-x set. Please give it up for Jess's super crispy lines! Mmm! Look at the clean apex on these French-tips! For this style, she used 2 coats of DND 2447 (they have it labeled as 161) and DND745 (they have it labeled 140). Warning--parking might get tough. The business plaza doesn't allow more than 2 nail customer parking spots. Not fair to the Ladies, but worth every bit coming here! read more

I came in today after seeing their flyers and coupons at my gym! I was desperate for a full set and i spontaneously picked up a friend and headed over! The place is really small and quaint with two people working inside. We were seen immediately, and we got down to business! I found a really beautiful pink OPI color and i asked for this beautiful glitter nail polish to go on top = perfection! The full set came with free gel and designs and me and my friend spent a good amount of time talking and catching up! The only downside was that after I got my gel put on, it didnt have enough time to set, so my nailpolish came off like by the whole, so she had to start all over, and we were running late. We got in around..11:40 and we didnt leave until 1:30..and my friend had work in Long Beach at 2. Needless to say, we were really pressed for time..and not knowing that the gel needed sufficient time to set was kind of frustrating. However, I opted to not have the gel in order to leave, and yeup. I paid 15 for my full set and my friend got pink and white full set with silver lining for $27 NOTE: if you pay with card, there is a $1.00 service charge on top of it. Together we paid an extra $5 for tip and yeup. Fills are $10!!! I'll definitely be back! read more

I went in today Sunday morning 10:30a.m and was warmly welcomed I got the Spa Deluxe Pedicure and Gel manicure, I also got the $10 special eyebrow and upper lip wax. Reasonable prices and friendly service is what you can expect to get here. The lady that did my deluxe pedicure took her time and left my tired feet feeling like new! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! After waiting 45 minutes I was finally seen. They were extremely understaffed for how many walk ins were coming, there were only two girls working while a guy that appeared to be the manager just watched them with no help. Finally I am seen by a girl rushing through me to get to new people since I was only getting a toe nail cleanup. She started cutting on the skin on the side of my toe until it started BLEEDING. I told her stop! I needed a break I was in too much pain. She kept going 20 seconds later and continued cutting into my skin while clipping my toenail until I nearly past out. I was given no apology they didn't even talk to me they stayed quiet and talked amongst themselves in another language. I would understand more if this nail was ingrown, that wasn't the case. I cringed while the guests in the lobby cringed with me. The man doing nothing ran over holding a bottle of rubbing alcohol and without my permission just poured it straight from the bottle right on top of the blood, so much he had to wipe up the puddle he spilt all over the floor. That same man cashed me out, I asked if I was going to be charged he said yes while mumbling nothing that I could understand. I asked him to speak up but he stayed under his breath. the lady was gentle and spent her time perfecting my nails which I am very happy with. it was 20$ for gel nails and 2 free nail art designs. The only down fall was that I requested a shimmery pink color when she opened it it looked clumpy so suggested I used another pink and put glitter on top. im glad she didnt use the clumpy polish but at the end I said wheres the glitter and she said she forgot...ah well still looks good and im still happy. this seriously has to be the worst nail salon I have ever been to. the only positive about this place is that it is clean and cheap.the phrase you get what you pay for is definitely true in this case. customer service totally sucks here when you first walk in all they do is stare at you. I came in for a simple broken nail that I needed fixed and a Polish change. she totally rushed my nails they are not even they are very thick and she left not only the polish all over my fingers but the acrylic as well.
