The first time I came here they tried to charge me $100 for a nails set that looked like my 2 year old did, the nails literally had cracks in them. And I just recently got my lashes done by Cindy. HORRIBLE!!! She did a hybrid set on me thats was supposed to be a full volume set (which is what I asked for anyway) , did not put lashes on my inner corners, only 2 and they were so separated you could see the gap. And charged me $150!!! I'm a lash artist my self and every step she took was WRONG! She puts individual lash extensions on 3 of my natural lashes at a time, causing discomfort and tugging. That's how her sets are so quick because she's just throwing them on your lashes, I doubt she's actually isolating. My eye got extremely red and swollen. It's only been 4 days and most of my lashes are gone. Your lashes are supposed to last 2-3 weeks , 2 weeks minimum!!!! Then I tried to go back and explain why I didn't like them and she just brushed me off, didn't even come out to Tlk to me and had her coworker come to tell me someone else would be fixing HER problem! Very unprofessional! And VERY damaging to your natural lashes. If you are looking to get your lashes done do not come here. Worst place to come to. Worst experience! Literally the WORST experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I made an appointment for 6:15 over the phone, and they confirmed it. I came to Diva Nails right at 6:13, and the first red flag was that I was given no time to pick a color for SNS dip. The male employee who did my nails grabbed one of my hands the second I sat down and started aggressively and quickly scuffing them, so I only had one hand to look through the colors. The entire process was extremely rushed and aggressive. He didn't even file/shape my nails before starting the dip process. He would throw my hand down each time he was done with that hand. It was the least relaxing "manicure" - he did my nails so quickly that he didn't even fix my cuticles first - he did that AFTER the nails were done, just barely around the sides. He was extremely rude and at the end of his rushed "manicure" he rudely said "Come earlier next time." The clock said about 6:35, and they close at 7. I said "I made an appointment and you close at 7." He said "yeah but we leave early." Insanely unprofessional, rushed and horrible customer service the entire time. I shouldn't have tipped but I'll definitely never go back here. I highly encourage you to avoid this place. read more

My ride or die nail salon! I have moved around Scottsdale and few times and even though I live 25 minutes away from this salon now it is still worth it to make the drive! Their prices are amazing for the quality of nails they do and everyone is so accommodating and kind! I am always offered a water bottle and they really try to fit you in even if you make an appt short notice! There have been a few times where I chip or break a nail and if I go back after it happens they fix it right up for me and are so kind! I've tried this place a few times and I liked it until I tried sns manicure for the first time. I didn't receive a manicure with it. The woman said the drill thing cleaned up my cuticles and that's why I didn't get one. Yet, my cuticles looked like crap the very next day. Seemed strange to me. I paid $87 for a pedicure and it was horrible. My nails look like complete and total shit and it was not relaxing at all in fact it was painful most of the time. The lady was rough and made my skin bleed. The foot rub was horrible and maybe 2 minutes. Not worth the trip. I chose a glittery polish at first and the lady painted over my skin and did like 10 coats it was bubbled up. I asked her to take off my skin and she said I should chose a different color because the glitter only shows up with color under it. I picked a different color and they filed my gel off and re gelled them. The old color can still be seen and the filing made my skin bleed on my toes. I did not want to change colors but the lady said the glitter I picked wouldn't show up unless it was all over my skin and 10 coats thick. If she would've told me from the start I would've picked a different color. I stayed extra time so they "fix" their mistake and it still looks like completely and totally garbage. A five year old could've painted my nails better. I called them and they said they would refund my card but I have yet to see that. Horrible experience all around try somewhere else. I usually go to another place but I just moved and they are far. Also they didn't sanitize anything after making me bleed. I don't mind paying good money for a pedicure as it is a nice treat but I also expect to get what I pay for. read more

I stumbled upon this place by accident and love it. I know nail places are a dime a dozen but I literally pass probably at least 10 nail places to come here. I've requested Lisa each time and really love the cleanliness of the salon and quality of her work. She is thorough and doesn't seem to rush just to get me through. I found this place via Yelp while staying down the street at the Kierland Villas for the weekend. After a day at the pool, I realized I needed to treat myself! Sure enough, called to ask for a pedicure and 15 min later, I was in a massage chair! While getting the pedi, I went on their Facebook page and found a coupon for a pedi + gel mani so I asked to add on to my appt. I'm hard on my hands and a simple massage and gel mani make a world of difference for me. Dry Colorado weather = brittle nails & alligator skin. I'd recommend this place for sure! This is a great new shop that does all kinds of services from regular manicure to lashes. I've never seen so many gel colors to choose from!! The owner, Cindy hires the best people! You can't go wrong with anyone in the shop. She has also gotten state of the art pedicure chairs. You can even recharge your devices while you're having your pedicure.
