Took my daughter here after school to get a polish change on her toes and asked them to trim her nails as well. When I went to pay, I questioned the amount and was treated extremely rudely and disrespectfully. I proceeded to ask if that price included polish for her nails and she told me next time. I have been going here for a few months now after being highly recommended by two friends who have been seeing Sheila for over 8 years. She is hands down the best I've ever had do my nails. I get dip nails and they last 3 weeks without pulling up, peeling, chipping etc. She keeps them thin and gives me the best nail set! I've also had multiple pedicures here by the other ladies and get the best service. My gel pedicure holds up great and love how my toes look and how soft my feet are. They recently repainted and it's so clean and nice and now had a refreshed brighter look with the new paint. Always a great place with the kindest staff who all do great nails and pedicures. The manager Sheila of this salon is amazingly rude. After 2 interactions with her I can tell you that her attitude is not for the weak. I double confirmed my appointment & arrived within 8min of the start time. She had put someone in her chair and was just starting someone else's nails. Which took the hour i had to get a mani pedi to almost 3 hours. The pedicure lady had tried to do the classic trick of starting the color 2mm from the cuticle making it look grown out before i even swiped my card. Sheila also seemed to not understand the color i wanted was a simple sheer pink, it took 15 min of pushback from her before the application was even started. They all talk about you in their native tounge which they think I didn't understand. However I am writing this review because I can & I did. Did I mention way overpriced & dirty tools? read more

My service was rushed and I didn't enjoy my time there at all :( Callus removal was a part of my pedicure and they attempted it but because of the RUSHED service my heels were still rough and they usually get smooth. I just moved to this area and still in search of my nail salon. I do not recommend this place and will not go back. I came here yesterday because a friend recommended this place . NEVER AGAIN. The nail tech sat me down and it was clear she was having a bad day . When I told her I didn't like the shape of my nails she said "I don't know what your problem is" and when I asked her to fix it she says "Will you just let me do my job?!" The manager stepped in and tried to de-escalate the situation, and my nail tech waived her hand at me as if to say, "Get out of here" Absolutely unacceptable. This owner/manager/scheduler at this business does not seem to value a client's time. Four of us had 2 pm appointments on a Monday. We were on our way when they called at 1:30 to ask if we could wait until 2:15-2:20. We arrived at 2:15 and were not seated in a chair until 2:30. Finally, at 2:45, a tech was available to start one of us and then at 2:50, two other techs became available. A 4th tech was still not available at 3 so I chose not to get a pedicure. It seems as if they accepted walk-ins that worked into our appointment times. Waiting 45 minutes to an hour after your appointment time is completely unacceptable to me given the abundance of nail salons around. We won't return, but I will give a shout out to Kelly (one of the nail techs) who was the most professional of all. read more

Sheila is the absolute BEST technician I've ever encountered. She owns the place, answers phone, does all dips and most technical nail work and schedules, takes pay from everyone and basically picks up where she left off, never wondering where she left off if distracted. The distractions can be a bit much, but every time I get perfect nails, and it's worth every penny. I've never met someone like her. We don't chit-chat. She does her work and I do my calls etc. But I have much respect for her. read more

This is definitely my favorite nail salon in the Scottsdale area. Orchid always does an outstanding job with her designs. With Valentine's Day around the corner she definitely impressed me with this beautiful heart French tip design. Orchid then topped it off with a chrome to make it look even better!!! My first and last manicure. No massage, color was horrible and the person was rude. I would find a different place

I came here for the second time & the service was horrible. I understand staffing situation but I went through 3 different employees not by choice which is fine, whatever. The final person who did my nails - I specifically stated I wanted hard gel, I have been doing hard gel for a year which has made my nails grow so nicely, perfect length & healthy nails. This lady proceeded to use ACRYLIC POWDER. I told her 3 times I want hard gel stop using acrylic powder she then began to basically insult my nails by telling me they grow weird hard gel isn't good for my nails and that acrylic is cheaper??? I think I know my nails better lady. Anyways, I won't be back here especially since my hard for work perfect nails went down the drain. If anyone knows how complex taking care of your nails & nailbed is will understand my frustration. read more

Very Disdapointing. Had an appointment and was bumped for a client running late. I had a upset with the receptionist. Was asked to wait 45 minutes. I had spent over 600 a month in services and tips. Was asked to come back. Emily said she didn't want to do my lash extensions or mails. I tipped her well. $20 For each service. Last appointment was disappointing. As she did not want to do service over a staff error.lashes were slipped on. Paid $55 dollars. Two days later cost me more to the services redone. I do not recommend this establishment. read more

Unblended, patchy and thick. Told the tech that it needs to be blended and she said it'll look better with top coat. One of the worst "manicures" I've received. I'm not one to yelp anything much because I'm also in the service industry but I'm not happy, and they had no intentions of trying to make it better. I got SNS, a French manicure. They are SO spotted and cloudy, not to mention uneven and rough. I sat in my car for about 10 minutes before deciding to go back and see what they could do, because I felt bad for complaining. When I came in I said I wasn't happy with them without asking what was wrong she said they could redo them. Fair. However I didn't have time for them to be redone considering I'd just spent close to 2 hours there already. I asked if they could file them down so they were at least even. When she finally did ask to see my nails she said that's how they look with the dip, cloudy and spotted, and I should have gotten a pink underneath. I asked why I wasn't told that when I asked for a French manicure. I didn't get a answer. So I got them filed so they were at least even, and a little less rough, was not offered any type of refund. Oh also, when you get manicures here they don't trim your cuticles, so hopefully the oil they put on them is enough for you. My pedicure looks good though! Only reason for the two stars. read more

I've gone to so many nail salons in the Scottsdale area and I always have issues with my nails chipping and breaking. I'm so excited I have found Lyn! She does such a great job with SNS that my nails look perfect for weeks. I finally have to come in because they get too long, but other than that they still look perfect. She is great at helping me pick out colors, which is always such a hard decision for me. I do make an appointment because they are usually busy, but they will also accommodate me if I need something last minute. They are a little more expensive, but worth it! read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I did a pedicure and a dip manicure. When I asked the lady to massage me a little harder she got so offended and said she wouldn't and that was the best she could do. But I was paying for a massage with my pedicure and she did not want to give me a massage. She was just petting me before I asked her to press harder, very unfair. She also recommended I go to a separate massage spa if I was looking for a better massage. Her reaction to me asking her if she can press a little harder was very disrespectful. when I asked the lady that was doing my manicure to file my nails a little bit more she got argumentative and said I wanted more coats and that if they break it's not her fault. They were both very disrespectful. This place does not have a good customer service. They did not know how to handle and react to the situation accordingly. read more

Tracy does an amazing job with SNS manicure and Ritchie is really good with pedicures. I've tried this place multiple times and have gotten good customer service and results for the most part. Getting an appointment is never an issue and prices are pretty comparable to other nail salons in the area. read more
