I had a wonderful experience at Diva Nails! I came in mid afternoon with my overly tired-Napless toddler and they made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. They were so sweet and kind to her and let her sit in one of the chairs with pillows while mommy got a manicure and a pedicure. They had someone working on both my feet and hands so I could get outta there faster because... child. I asked for a trendy colorful French, which seemed a bit expensive ($70) but due to the wonderful service, clean spa and extremely friendly staff, I didn't mind it too much. For a treat, my friend and I went to Diva Nails for a pedicure and gel manicure respectively. While I made scheduled appointments, they sat her on time and me 30 minutes after my appointment. In the moment, I didn't mind as we gabbed away until someone was available, but it was odd. A week after my gel manicure the polish edges lifted and two weeks later more fingers are unpolished than polished. Perhaps it was a one time fluke but I'm willing to try then again. read more

I was excited to find a nail salon that I thought was a quality salon. I was happy with my first visit which I had my nails and a pedicure done. Before leaving, I scheduled another nail and pedicure appointment as well as a lip and brow wax. The manager told me he was going to be short handed but would definitely make it work. He would have my waxing done before my nail and pedicure. When I came in for my next appointment, the manager had them immediately get started on my nails and pedicure. When they were done, I asked the manager what about the waxing? He was abrupt and said that they couldn't do my waxing. I was upset because of the way he handled the situation. I understand things happen. Also, my nails and pedicure didn't last after the second visit. Not impressed with the management as well as some of the staff. i would give zero stars if possible. to start off they tried to charge me 90 dollars for a basic french tip. and then when my service started i let my nail tech know i was disabled and that i would need a wrist rest. the whole time he made snide remarks and never got my a wrist rest. i do not like my nails at all and didn't have time to get them fixed as i am leaving out of town. i left the salon and called back to let them know that i didn't like them and to see what could be done. i was met with the most rude and condescending tone and customer service i have ever received. do not go here, it's not worth your time or money read more

If i could give this place something lower than 1 star, i would. This place is AWFUL. Cindy does not know how to lashes PROPERLY. My lashes are now ruined and i have no eyelashes because she clustered all my eyelashes together. (As you can see the cluster of eyelashes that ripped off 6/7 natural eyelashes in the picture). She charged me 130$ to have my lashes gone & cause me so much pain. My eyes haven't stopped watering. This is my first ever yelp review which should say something about how nice this salon is! They got me in on short notice and the receptionist was very friendly. I have super sensitive hands and usually dread getting my gel off because it hurts me, this was the first gel removal that I didn't feel at all! Bruce was super gentle, professional and did a dip overlay on a nail that had a slight break to save the nail and prevent it from any further breakage. My nails look great and I will be back! It took me forever to find time to go and get them done and they looked great when I did but I paid for powder on my nails and they are chipped and look awful in a week today. Literally less than a week for over $40 for a manicure. I used to get powder all the time and it would last for a month. The quality just wasn't there for me. I gave them 3 stars bc I usually have a good experience when I get my nails done, but today I went to get a pedicure, and wasn't impressed. I asked for the callus pedicure. First of all, the woman gave me the paper describing all the pedicures and I chose the callus one and then she hands it back to me and asks if I want the more expensive one. If she was any good, maybe I'd go back for the better one, but this was subpar. The callus one is $35, so I expected it be rly nice, but the whole thing took 30 min, which is less time than most regular pedicures. Also, when she was massaging my legs and feet, I barely felt it. It was like she was just rubbing it. She was too busy staring at the person next to me. Idk what that was about, but I was annoyed I spent twice the amount of money, and got a crappy pedicure.
