I like to spoil my fiance with a pedicure (foot massage is part of our love language), and one time she asked me to join her when I was dropping her off at Diva Nails. Now, I go regularly! The salon is immaculate and the staff is so nice, welcoming and friendly. B. is very sweet, congenial and apparently works at the salon to help pay her way through college. She will make a fine doctor one day, but for now, she is taking care of your feet (I have only gotten pedicures; have yet to paint my fingernails). They have a great assortment of vibrant colors of polishes and gels. Though they have several pedicure packages to choose from, I'd recommend the highest level - worth it. Got builder gel nails done here in November and they cracked after 1 week (they usually last me 1 month). The topcoat scratched easily as well and the color selection was poor. I just think the products they use aren't that good. Also they don't try to cut your cuticles until after they polish your nails and don't have you rinse your nails to get the dust off before polishing them. Won't be coming back. read more

Mother~ Daughter day! We had a great experience at Diva Nails. My daughter and I both rarely have a day where we can relax- and primp. It's always go-go-go- rush-rush-rush. The ambiance at Diva Nails is very relaxed and everyone working there has been friendly, genuine and, not at all pushy. We weren't rushed to choose a style or color for dipped nails nor a pedicure. Customers were laughing and having conversations. The great part is that the location is perfect being right by the kids school where I spend a lot of time! Well we spent a hour and 30 minutes today in Diva nails. My wife and I do a date night once a week every week and today we tried Diva Nails for the first time. We just moved to the area and my wife is looking for a new salon so she doesn't have to drive an hour back to her old one. We made and appointment for two pedicures and gel manicure for 4pm and we were 5 minutes early and they got us right to our seats. Once in the seats it took about 10 minutes for someone to come over and start working with my wife and filling her tub with water. I on the other hand had to wait almost 30 minutes before someone came over and started to fill my tub with water and start my pedicure. The young girl that did come over and start must have been new to doing nails and working in the salon she was very slow and just didn't seem very comfortable yet with her job. I have only have a few pedicures before and she just didn't have all the skills yet. My wife and I both got the deluxe pedicures and both of our heels are still a little rough and my wife's is now bleeding and bothering her after we got home from dinner with friends. My wife also got a gel manicure from a young guy that works at the solan she said he was very quiet not very personal and was also checking his phone a lot not really giving her to much attention. I'm giving 3 stars because I get it, it's a newer salon new owner and your working through stuff but it was also a little pricey $142.00 plus $30.00 for tip. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to Diva Nails!!! I went there 3 times all together with 2 of my friends. First time, we only needed fills and we left super happy. Second time, we all got NEW SETS which were fine besides the fact that they charged us all extra for anything they possibly could; extra length (tips:which are normal for full sets of acrylic nails) taking old nails off, shaping nails, etc. Super annoyed upon going over the receipt but let it go because they did a good job on them. A week later when one of mine broke off. I went in to get it fixed and get a fill because I was unhappy with the color I picked. I got the fill and had them fix the broken nail that was only 1 week old... guess what? They charged me for fixing it!!! Anyways, not even 2 weeks after our new sets, multiple nails broke on all 3 of us and we ended up having to go to an urgent care because one of them ripped the real nail so bad. I've never had that happen, ESPECIALLY with new sets! Will NEVER go back! read more

The worst experience/service I have had since I was 20. I'm 32, pregnant, and was hoping to feel a little better about myself. Instead after 4 hours I'm rushing out to cry in my car. On top of that the nails are so ugly I'm embarrassed to wipe my tears fearing someone will see them. This was my first time to the salon and I went in for a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was an eight out of 10 and only because I was cut twice. the full set -100/10 the shape was looking hopeful until he started doing the design and it look nothing like the picture that he was referencing in his lap. To top it off my whole service was $187 for me to hate it. So $122 for the full set I absolutely hated. They politely offered to fix the design which I rescheduled for tomorrow because I'm tired from sitting there 4 hrs and agitated the technician took so long for this monstrosity, but I don't even want to go back the experience was so bad. They sent two people over to lie and said my nails were cute, Bffr. I honestly just want a refund I'll even come back just to take the set off for a refund. I work hard for my money still and I just feel taken advantage of. Customer service is on point they just lie. read more

We just moved to the area and we consider ourselves fortunate that we found such a wonderful nail salon! Not only do they do an amazing job on my shellac mani/pedi, but their treatment of my severely autistic son is above and beyond! My son is a sensory seeker and loves to get pedicures. The bubbles in the water, chair massagers, leg massage, and hot towel are the perfect sensory experience for him. Each employee we have had the pleasure of using has been patient and attentive to my son each time we have visited the establishment. They even give him the ability to help them through the pedi process since he loves to be a helper! I truly am blown away by the exceptional staff and their skills at Diva Nails! I don't often get a pedicure, but I was in need of one, so I came and checked out this nail salon near my office. I came in a little before noon to avoid a potential lunch crowd. I was seen right away and was seated a few spots from the other customers, which was nice. They don't require that customers wear masks. Shortly after I arrived a few customers came in without them and they didn't seem to say anything. I would prefer that they enforced that, but I know every business has their policies. My nail technician seemed friendly, but she didn't say much. She did a great job on my nails. The only caveat was that I requested the callus removal, since my heals can crack with this dry heat and she did an okay job with the callus removal. I've left other salons with super soft heals and here it was still hard. The hot stone and oil massage was very nice though and super relaxing! I'll probably try other salons next time to see how they compare. read more

I was able to meet the owner, Cindy, who was really sweet. She had me with another nail tech who was older. She did spend a lot more time with me- a little more than an hour for my gel manicure and they turned out great. I only give four versus five because she was a little rough on me. Went in to get my acrylics taken off, came out with a new nail health game plan! Mai Kayla did a wonderful job. My nails are naturally thin and brittle, but after acrylics it's obviously much worse. Kayla spent half the time carefully taking off the gel and acrylic, putting so much attention and care into it. I told her I'm sticking with my naturals for awhile and she talked to me about SNS. I was sold! It was a great suggestion because my nails wouldn't have lasted, they were paper thin. I'm very rough on my hands and nails in general so I wasn't expecting it to look good for more than a week. But here we are at 3 weeks and they're holding up great! My nails have withstood all the prying and tapping I do with them. I'm so grateful to Mai Kayla for the advice and suggestions she gave me during our session. Thank you! read more

They changed management and the new team of technicians is great. They did an amazing job on my nails- SNS on my hands and normal polish on the toes. The normal polish actually lasted a crazy long time. I'm pretty OCD about how polish is applied to make sure there are no obvious gaps or anything, and my nails looks fabulous. They rushed just to get to another paying client Hello!!! Didn't like my nails and my gel pedicure was painful! Let the nail tech know and he just kept talking over me he left a dent on the nails he "fixed" because the lines were thick at first. I'm not the type to make a scene or argue with anyone but hope who ever reads this just be careful if you get one of these nail technicians and the price is pricey not worth it!
