The No Limits staff were nothing but helpful and informative throughout the booking day before_of process. I was able to sign up for a beginner class in the pool for just $35, which was amazing and so worth it. Unfortunately I entered in the incorrect address for the pool and ended up arriving almost 15 minutes late. The instructor told me that it was just me in the course and so I could reach out to the office to reschedule. I told him this was no problem and then I asked if I could still swim? He told me that I could and I am so glad that I waited as one of the instructors, Chris, was available to help me. He gave me a one on one class on how to put on my gear and scuba dive. Scuba diving is not pretty as you got stuff coming out of your nose and mouth, but it is pretty and calming when you are underwater breathing and the rest of the world seems so far away. I loved every minute of this experience especially once I got used to breathing through my mouth and holding my nose to let my ears pop. I swam in seven feet plus, which was difficult at times, so I love that Chris was happy to have me swim in the shallower 4 feet. Chris waa super kind, patient, and fun; I really appreciate his time!! I definitely want to get certified as I want to do this more and more. Most likely due to time and funds it wont be until the fall, but I will be back! Thank you!

Kelly and I chatted for almost an hour getting excited about it. She answered all my questions and I could quickly tell the love she has for this sport. Fast forward to this review and these folks have made proper divers out of my group of four. From our first open water course, to a plethora of specialty courses (even wreck diving!) there's something for everyone. Needless to say, the kids had a blast and for other parents to get a better picture of how much fun it was. I made a video of their experience on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LdAnNJZa2TY&spfreload=10 Their instructors were Tom and Navy-trained "Tom G.", and both Toms were very patient with the young beginners. The pool was also heated very well and was of adequate size and depth. In another video on the company's FB page, I did see that the pool can also have "currrents" and even simulate nighttime scuba diving. One of the kids freaked out a little bit as she was getting used to the mask but Tom G. was able to calm her down and she was able to dive in. Definitely, this place is very welcoming of beginners and a great place to begin the process of certification. For the party part of the birthday celebration, our friend was able to bring her own food to the second floor where the kids recounted on their great experiences in the water. The facility location is on "Building 8" on the west side of Olive Ave just beside the 101 Freeway. They have a nice shop full of scuba gear/equipment. It is amazing that there is a facility here for divers in our "desert city", and comforting to know that the instructors are very skilled and friendly.
