Great food, but service was terrible. They sat us down at a table where we were directly in the sun and when we asked to switch to another table we got attitude back. Waited awhile for a new waiter and the waiter we were given was not nice and walked away when we weren't done explaining what we would like for drinks or food. We felt rushed throughout our time. Ate here very late last night I was starving I hadn't since like 2. They were like the only place still serving at 1030pm. Sat outside by the marina, nice atmosphere, there was a couple enjoying a meal as well as family with a dog. I was thinking burger but the waitress swayed me to fish so I ordered the tuna steak sandwich. She recommended medium rare I said do what the chef normally does. Outstanding sandwich. Tuna was cooked just right, delicious with excellent texture. The waitress (who was excellent btw) said it would be on a Kaiser roll but it was actually more of soft bun with exceptional texture. The avocado and sriracha mayo just made this incredibly fresh tuna sandwich outstanding. A Kaiser roll would have ruined this sandwich. She probably just calls every round roll a Kaiser but it was a bun. Fries were just ok a little cold. Price point was fair enough considering the quality of what I was served at such a late hour. I will have more opportunities to eat in this area because of family living here. I have this sense that their burgers are great too. read more

I've been patronizing The Dive Bar since they opened and it's usually been a pleasant experience but not in 2022. Bar tender was rude and deliberately ignoring us. He had a bad shift or something but he needs to find a occupation that suits him and hospitality is not it. I really can't blame the owners because they can't find help but I have other choices in Jupiter that will gladly take my money ! Oh, and one more thing. You must not mind eating with other people's dogs at your feet at the inside dining room. They have a lenient "dogs outside" policy but this has gone too far with allowing them inside while people are eating and we are not talking about a legitimate service animal here. As a matter of fact, I'm not certain if animals are allowed inside restaurants in Palm Beach County unless they are service animals and designated as such. read more

I had a wonderful experience here. We sat outside to enjoy the beautiful view overlooking the water. The menu is extensive with so many healthy options including vegetarian and vegan dishes. The hummus was delicious, and my tuna poke was probably the best I have ever had. It had plenty of fresh tuna, mango and avocado, a delicious ponzu sauce and freshly baked plantain chips! I could easily eat this every day. I actually ordered this as my entree because I wanted something on the lighter side, and it was absolutely perfect. For dessert we had the cookie pie and it was to die for! It came out warm with ice cream on top, so indulgent and delicious. Our server Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The bar is really nice here too and I am told they do a great happy hour, I can't wait to check that out next time I'm in the area! read more

Horrible service, no one had a mask on and a bunch of drunks at the bar!! Oh and the staff are about 15, with no clue. Avoid at all costs.

It was late, just after seeing a local concert and we were meeting a friend for a few drinks and a bite. Cool atmosphere, the bar was full so we chose a high top. Our server was great and on top of prepping to get our orders in. I ordered the tuna tower to split with my Chef buddy (because the hubs gags on raw fish and calls it bait) and we totally enjoyed it! It was delish! Then the hubs ordered a wedge salad. He said it was good... (I did notice he finished it). I ordered the Tina Tuna (lol) steak sandwich... which was ordered without a bun but dang if it didn't come to the table with a big Nicky Minaj bun! The chef ordered the octopus ceviche. Sad. It was inedible. Prepared totally wrong it had the consistency of shoe rubber. I brought it to the attention of the server and she took it back. (Believe me, all it took was one bite! Yikes!) she offered him something else but by that time he was not wanting to reorder. It had taken her awhile to get back to us after the food was delivered so we had almost finished our meals. Poor guy. So 3 stars because our food was pretty good and that tuna stack was yum but I wish it had gone better for our Chef buddy! read more

This place gets 5 stars for service and atmosphere... but 3 stars for actual food. I had a few different sushi rolls - they were fresh, but not as much flavor as I hoped for. The ceviche was weird - I've never had it served how they do it.. and I kind of hope it doesn't get served to me like that ever again. The ceviche's taste was decent, but I've had much better. The fish tank is awesome.. and the tv's showing marine life are also cool. Being right by the dock is stellar... I just wish the food tasted as good as everything looked. read more

A nice place with a very nice view. Nothing like sitting outside, watching the yachts dock, while enjoying a drink with a nice piece of fish. The inside is also excellent, with fancy aquariums everywhere. They have a good selection, and their food is quite tasty. Price is a bit steep, you pay for that waterfront view. My wife, daughter and son in-law stopped for lunch in early November and everyone with the exception of me had a very tasty and somewhat expensive lunch. Although their food was delicious, the service was exceedingly slow, empty drinks and a very long time between ordering and the food delivery. I guess I made the mistake of ordering a hamburger as my burger was dry and extremely over cooked even though it was order medium rare. I did not send it back for if it took as long to cook as the first time everyone else would be finished eating and ready to leave by the time the burger was replaced. Great food right on the water in Jupiter. The ambiance is beautiful inside with the big fish tanks. Prices are about normal for that area and fresh seafood. We enjoyed raw oysters as an appetizer, and they were fantastic. My fiancé was happy they had an amazing seafood cioppino. When we come into town again, we will definitely eat here again. read more

Delicious lunch at Dive Bar. I got the grilled fish tacos and they were very tasty. I wasn't a fan of the rice but the 2 tacos filled me up. My husband got the lunch box special. The 3 stars is strictly for the bar area. The daytime bartender (believe his name is Kyle) we had today should not be behind a bar. I hate to leave these type of reviews but we looked forward to going to this restaurant from YouTube and local recommendations and when we got there the bar was lackluster. We love sitting at the bar but this bartender acted as if he didn't want to be there or if doing the bare minimum was enough because of the location. He barely spoke, poured our drinks and then preceded to talk to his coworkers. I asked if there was a way to get on the list for outside dining and was told by him there was a waitlist. Not how to get on the list, no additional information but as if we were flies that asked an annoying question. I literally had to stop another employee who put us on a 10 minute waitlist while still sitting in his bar area. The outdoor dining and service was great but the restaurant needs to monitor and train their bar staff. We are excellent tippers and don't expect a heck of a lot in regards to service but friendly, welcoming , informative service and they missed the mark. I won't be back because there are other bars, u-tiki, lucky shuck, etc in better water districts and where the bartenders actually make the consumers feel they are happy they came! read more

Both always true. the 'valley girls' at hostess stand void of any personality or care of the customers. More interested in talking to each other. Wait times always a pure guess and never accurate. Think they say 60-90 minutes in hopes you will leave. Once you get to a table servers better but not great. Our best experience has been sitting at bar in front of sushi makers. They are hard working and the kitchen staff you can see from they're equally impressive. They should give overall mgmt to kitchen manager who would not tolerate such poor service out front. Happen to see this restaurant on TV and decided to try it out while driving through. We mostly all got the sushi bento box lunch specials, which were only $13-15 and included more sushi/sashimi than I could eat and included a soup or salad! It was amazing and beautifully presented. Some of the freshest tuna I've had. Beautiful views and an atmosphere worth checking out. Their only downfall was their service... The young woman we had as our waitress didn't listen and we had to repeat ourselves several times. We arrived their early and even with being one of the only people there, service was EXTREMELY slow. While the food was good, not great, the service was lacking. Our server brought out the wrong dish for one of our guests, he had to wait 15 minutes for them to bring out the correct order. Another of our guests asked if there were any anchovies in the Caesar salad, the server replied that the Caesar dressing was made with anchovies. That was fine with our guest but she asked for clarification as she didn't want any anchovy fillets in the salad. The server assured her that there wasn't any. Well, the salad had several fillets in it. She almost lost it when she bit into a fillet. We also had to ask 2 and 3 times for drink refills, etc. What would have been a good meal was overshadowed by the poor service. read more
