He says don't worry about it. Throw the rest of the bags on top. So I did so I'm in the process of tying my 55 gallon drum to my trailer he comes out hands me $20 I said what is this for he said you can't I said 47 bags and a 55 gallon drum doesn't seem right he says it is with the scale says it is I see he said it's too late I've already taken it off the scale can I have a receipt he says we don't give receipts on cash deals At this point I got super pissed and I had to leave. My wife was in the fast lane to get in front of them and before she could, two pieces of debris struck my front wind shield and completely shattered it. My wife filed a police report and we notified Sunshine disposal and recycling, and they basically said "too bad, so sad" and that this falls under the category of a "road hazard" (whatever) and they are not responsible in any way.
