Had to put 3 buckets of water in from another source to make the water level high enough to clean my clothes. It never spun the water out completely, so drying was over an hour. Buying new doesn't mean you get the quality you had been experiencing over the years. I went to Appliance Recycling with these issues. Came home with a super used freezer and used washing machine that works ten times better than what I had before. This washing machine spins out my water so well it only takes 30 to 40 minutes to dry the load of clothes. Energy saved. Freezer is exceptional. Didn't know how bad my old one was until I used this one. I think the appliances in the past were made with better materials and workmanship. I explained to the owner what I needed and he directed me to the machine that fit my needs. They offered me two different days of delivery so I might be ready for the installation and all went super. Their back end was open and debris was flying out all over I90 and cars were breaking and swerving all over to avoid getting hit by flying debris. My wife was in the fast lane to get in front of them and before she could, two pieces of debris struck my front wind shield and completely shattered it. My wife filed a police report and we notified Sunshine disposal and recycling, and they basically said "too bad, so sad" and that this falls under the category of a "road hazard" (whatever) and they are not responsible in any way. They also had the audacity to say the road debris could have come from anywhere, even though my wife saw it fly out of the back of their garbage truck. BAD BAD BAD COMPANY!!!!!
