Luckily for me, Claudette was very kind and patient. She went over the different types of facials that she offers and explained the benefits of each one. My main concern was to even out my skin tone from acne scars and clean out my pores, so we ended up going with the Microdermabrasion facial. I will admit that even after the consultation I was still nervous. I knew that there would be buffing involved and was very scared that it would hurt and my skin would look raw! But boy was I wrong. Claudette was very gentle and took her time, making sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. Within minutes I was completely relaxed and forgot that I was ever worried about anything. She started removing my hard gel and was texting the other customer who showed up 20 min late. Nargiza asked me To leave because she had the other customer. She sent me out with my hands a mess ( I told her I was going to work - and can't show up to meetings like this - it's so unprofessional) and told me to come back at the end of the day. This is the second time they've bumped my appointment for their VIP customers - and I am (I should say I was ) a regular customer every two weeks. I am appalled by the way I was treated and Will not go back there again. They favor their "Russian " customers. Apparently the woman she bumped me for was "Albanian" Even after I showed her my appointment confirmation for 8:30 this morning . I guess tue other woman had "texted her " yesterday. Why take appointments if people can double book by texting the technician. Very unprofessional.

I normally do waxing at European wax center for my lip and brows but last time I had a bad reaction when I did it and I was not happy about it, so it only made sense that I trust Olga with my brows and lip now. Once again, she did not disappoint. She was just as gentle with my brows and lip as she always is with every other body part, so I felt no pain. And most importantly had no breakouts.
