I had an appointment at 8:30 this morning , (the owner asked me to move my 11:30 to 8:30) I went this morning only to find out Nargiza the manicurist was double booked at 8:30. She started removing my hard gel and was texting the other customer who showed up 20 min late. Nargiza asked me To leave because she had the other customer. She sent me out with my hands a mess ( I told her I was going to work - and can't show up to meetings like this - it's so unprofessional) and told me to come back at the end of the day. This is the second time they've bumped my appointment for their VIP customers - and I am (I should say I was ) a regular customer every two weeks. I am appalled by the way I was treated and Will not go back there again. They favor their "Russian " customers. Apparently the woman she bumped me for was "Albanian" Even after I showed her my appointment confirmation for 8:30 this morning . I guess tue other woman had "texted her " yesterday. Liked being able to schedule my deep tissue massage appointment online (super easy through MindBody) and was contacted day-of that there would be a change in my appointment (15 later and with a different masseuse). I also got an email and a phone call which was most appreciated. Upon arrival, I was brought upstairs and taken to a rather small and crowded room (think tons of equipment, tables full of products not really organized) to meet, Khatisha, my masseuse (she was nice). The room also barely had space to change without bumping into the door and there also wasn't a mirror in the room to check your hair or your clothes when redressing. The massage itself was good, albeit a bit rushed for my taste, but the pressure and thoroughness was solid. What knocked it down a few pegs was immediately upon check out being upsold to other services when I was trying to hold on to feeling relaxed and instead was asked a slew of questions about where I already get manicures and if I'd heard of different lash lift techniques. A simple reminder would have sufficed! read more

I needed my makeup done while in this part of Long Island for several events. The first was for a professional event and the second was for an evening event. I use to work in this area and never knew this place existed even though I have passed it so many times. After reading a few reviews, I figured I would give it a shot. Both times I was very warmly greeted by Demira and we chatted each time, actually the whole time! She didn't just go ahead and do what she thought would look good, rather she listened to my hesitation with makeup (I am makeup illiterate) and made sure I was comfortable with how I looked each time. I looked great each time! The salon itself is fun and feminine. Very inviting and clean with different stations. You can get all types of services from manicures, brow and lash services and even laser hair removal. Finally, their prices are very reasonable and their appointments seem flexible. Went there yesterday. The place is clean and staff is friendly. The nails look really good, however my cuticles were cut so many times that it makes the manicure look sloppy. Update* I spoke with the owner multiple times about coming back after my cuticles have healed. Today I was there and had my cuticles redone and color change with Russian hard gel. The technician was very gentle and did an amazing job. The owner stopped in to see if everything was alright. I will be coming back here again. read more

The ends of my nails were not covered with polish properly (I can still see my bare nail), which makes me fear it will start chipping sooner. They didn't "seal" the tip of the nail with color. The amount of attention to detail that took place during my manicure was incredible. I had an appointment here 8/14 to try a "russian manicure" with Natalia. My appointment was at 11:30 am, I waited one entire hour for them to start working on my nails at 12:30. A phone call or a text would have been nice to let me know the technician was running behind. All I got was a "sorry". The manicure itself was a disaster. I walked out of here with BLEEDING cuticles, I was in pain for about 24 hours. I had to put band aids on for fear of infection. They claim this manicure lasts for at least 2 weeks. Well less than 2 weeks later my nails are chipped and broken. Will not be returning and would not recommend this location. read more

I had a pretty good experience coming here. I somehow found this establishment on Instagram and they were having a special on laser hair removal. The package included 3 years worth of unlimited full body laser hair removal for around $4K. Which technically sounds expensive but if you do the math it adds up, well at least to me it does. Also they explained that if anything happens to you like pregnancy, they are able to pause your package and resume at a later time. That policy is great and it makes sense! I got there a little before my appointment and filled out some paperwork that included consents. They seem to be very good about maintaining social distance which I also appreciated. My appointment took about 45 minutes to an hour, but I literally did every single part of my body so I expected it to take a while. I will say that the room is a little small so it was a little crammed but it was fine overall. I have follow up appointments scheduled every 5-6 weeks. They do offer other services such as micro blading which I'm definitely interested in. They also have eyelash services. I also follow them on Instagram and they were in the process of expanding to other rooms. I started writing this review but decided to wait for my follow up visit before posting. My follow up appointment was great! I had Olesia for my initial and follow up and she was amazing! Overall this place is spotless and the services are totally worth it!
