They told her my truck needed a radiator flush ($100), a brake flush ($100) and an air filter replaced ($30) immediately, or else the truck would be damaged if she continued to drive without it. This truck only has 25k miles on it and was serviced by the dealership 4 months ago. Also, got charged a $13 shop fee for performing the inspection as well a 2x waste disposal fee, for 2 unnecessary services. Not only will I never return, but each member of our family will gladly tell everyone we know how they operate and to stay away. Not surprising, as we have begun to spread the word and tell our story, we have had others share similar horror stories. Feel free to check my Google review history. I'm not someone who gets online to complain. Luckily, it didn't break our bank, but I wonder how many countless others have fallen victim to these tactics; hard working people that weren't fortunate enough to have the means to pay for whatever "emergency situation" they were told needed fixing. JACOB (lower tech) is listed on the invoice, as well as JACK who is listed as the upper tech, MANAGER and courtesy (??!!), whatever that means. What was the courtesy you extended? Pressuring someone to spend an extra $240 on services that were never asked for or needed? The only courtesy you showed was to yourself and your bottom line. Kind of surprising behavior from JACK the MANAGER, and for a place with so many locations. I wonder, do all of the locations operate like this? I will never know, as they will never get the chance to do this again. This scamming mentality is not a very good business model, WASH GUYS and JACK the MANAGER. You never sacrifice tomorrow's business for today's dollar, JACK the MANAGER and WASH GUYS in Frisco, on Preston Rd. JACK the MANAGER is certainly not the kind of person I would want to represent my business.
