This place is the best eyebrow threading service around. the eyebrows are always on point. there's usually a line bc of how popular it has gotten. i was pleasantly surprised after stopping in once at how good they were at shaping the eyebrows. i'm sad it is now so popular. they really are the best however. it's inside sola salons as some people have mentioned. I'm pretty heartbroken to discontinue getting my eyebrows done here because Deepa is amazingggggg! But post covid, she isn't there. The woman there now takes too much off for a "clean-up". I have thick eyebrows and the arches of both are NOT detailed and identical. It's such a undesirable rush job and typically I'll go in the morning or noon where there isn't someone waiting for me to finish. I never needed tint or to fill them. First of all this place is like a hidden gem. Its on the lower side of the congressional plaza behind the even hotel. Its in a suite along with multiple salons. The place is very clean and i just walked in a monday afternoon. Deepa looked at my skimpy eyebrows and she gave her observations. She was quick and very good. Best of all in was $10 +tip. I have been here a few times now, so I am able to write a fair review. She is very consistent (which is very important with eyebrow threading!). My eyebrows are done quickly, but she listens to the areas you would like to work on. If you like to keep your eyebrows thick too, she listens to keeping hair. I never have to wait long, and the price of $10 for eyebrows is reasonable!! There is plenty of free parking steps from the door. So coming here, you can relax and trust that you are in good hands. There was a consistent line out the door, but it moves quick - as quickly as you want someone spending time on your eyebrows. I had a wonderful experience. I walked in and was taken care of immediately. She was efficient and more importantly sweet and friendly. She took wonderful care of me. She took off the perfect amount giving me a wonderful shape. She also heard my concern about breakouts and used witch hazel. My eyebrows were caveman like and I left looking like Cara Delevingne. The service here was great! My brows were done quickly and brought back to life by Deepa. Threading was $10 and a fair, affordable price. I will definitely return. The wait was also short for my walk in which I really appreciate. The only con about this place is that it is so hard to find. It's inside a salon behind the shopping center that you see on the main road and when you're inside the salon there are SO many other mini salons. I can't sing Deepa's praises enough! it was a few days before my wedding and I knew I needed to get my brows shaped up. I was worried about going to a new place because a bad brow experience before my wedding would be a nightmare. I walked in and Deepa finished her client's so quickly that my turn was up before I knew it. She is so friendly and we had a pleasant chat while she threaded my brows. You can't seem to pick who you work with here. I've had several wonderful experiences here and during my last cleaning up my brows turned into making the shape dramatically thinner towards the nose and taking a chunk out of one arch. It's honestly one of the most awful threading jobs I've ever had done. I'm fairly certain they hired on more technicians after moving into a larger space... and I suspect they're not all as experienced. The inner portion of my brows was thinned down about 3-4 mm, the tails were left with tons of stray and short hairs that are usually picked up through threading on top of the weird chunk taken out of my arch. I would have complained about the strays, but my brows had already been mangled and thinned so much elsewhere. I had to do some tweezing to look "passable" as soon as I got home, it will take MONTHS to get my eyebrows back to normal. I wanted to rate higher because I've had good experiences here, but it's basically the playing Russian Roulette with your brows. Edit: just realize there's a chunk missing out of the top of one of my eyebrows too - that side is also significantly thinner than the other, so I suspect it was partially thinned out trying to hide the chunk taken out of the top and the bottom of the brow on that side. read more

It says something when there's a group of women hanging around a small salon inside Sola salons waiting for their turn to get threaded. It says something when some women had been waiting an hour. So I stopped by after my hair appointments to see the magic - and I wasn't disappointed. Walk-ins only so if you come on a weekend, be prepared to wait. Heck if you come on a weekday evening, you may have to wait too. They are that good. Clean, professional, courteous members who thread beautifully. My eyebrows always leave on point. I saw both Biva and Deepa for my first and second eyebrow threading ever. They both did an equally amazing job, and the price here is fair. I have really thick dark eyebrow hairs and they gave me a great shape. I liked that they use witch hazel after to clean the pores also. read more

I've been coming to Divine for months now and always had a great experience. Since they opened back up after COVID-19, it just isn't the same as it used to be. The person that did my eyebrows absolutely ruined them. They had overgrown over the past few months due to quarantine. I specifically told her to keep them full and thick. My eyebrows have never been thinner after her threading job and I even had to ask the other lady working there to fix what she had messed up. I won't be coming back for a long time, especially now that I have to regrow out my eyebrows. And hopefully they do. My heart is absolutely broken. My eyebrows have always been full and I've never had to use a pencil to color them in until now. Please do better Divine. Future customers beware. read more

Awful experience. Brought my girlfriend here on her birthday because of the great reviews. Couldn't find it at first because it's inside a salon co-op type place. So I called. The woman who answered nicely explained where to find them. When she went inside she found two women working and three empty chairs. They were very unpleasant about her being a "walk-in." Which I can understand if you don't take walk-in's... but why not tell me when I called? When asked if they could squeeze her in, after some more attitude, they begrudgingly agreed to do her eye brows. Again... two women working and all the chairs were empty. There was nobody waiting. Just her... and to top it off her lip and eye brows both got cut up. We won't be going back. read more
