I reached out to her after a while a moved to NC from Boston, and after a few other groomers turned me down because of my dogs breed (Luna and Bosco are Samoyed and have a full double coated fur). I had no clue of the place or about the groomer, but Amanda and her assistant went above and beyond to try to fit us in their busy schedule. From the minute I walked in, I had a sense of safety and security for my dogs, and both of them felt at easy and comfortable walking in. This never happened before when going to a groomer.... With Amanda they felt s with a flare friend and were not nervous to leave. Before I left Amanda covered everything that I needed to be looked at and taken care of, having a great consideration for their needs and personality. She took her time and when I returned to pick them up they were even more beautiful, they were clean, they smelled good and most importantly "they were not traumatized at all". Her assistant Mariah is also wonderful and she handled Luna and Bosco with such grace and sweetness when she returned them to me. I am totally super satisfied with the place, the atmosphere and Amanda and Mariah. Then received a call back from Gayle who rudely explained to me that I should not have replied Cancel in their text and tried to explain to me how it was my problem of my "mistake" to reply Cancel. Something to do with their phone company. I'm really unsure how this was my problem, and I asked if she even wanted me to be a customer but was only met with rudeness and anger. They send reminders, confirmations, etc. They work very well with me due to I drive a good distant to get to them and I don't get off till 5:00pm. They hold the pet free of charge if you're running a little late. They also take pictures of your pet and give them nail painting. Only reason why I am not giving them a 5 star was because first time I took my dog and they gave her a nail trim, I think they trimmed it too close to the base so my dog's nail was bleeding a little but not where it was hurting her and she couldn't walk or was limping. It's just the blood got onto my car seats and I didn't realize that until I already drove off and was close to home. I still go back to them because they do take care of my dogs well and communication is very good.

This last visit, through no fault of their own, my dig was injured (accidents happen everywhere!). Thehy were stellar. They contacted me immediately, arranged to have the dog treated at a local vet, took my dog there and stayed after hours making sure she woke up well after anesthesia. Then, they contacted me frquently, sending me updates and photos of my dog. They REALLY went the extra mile and I am extremely grateful and impressed. I always felt good leaving my dogs here, but I fell 100% secure they will always receive the best care.

Took her out after paying and I'm quite sure that she had been holding it for hours first of all. Next, when I got her home, she drank 3 full bowls of water - so not sure when she had some last. A 3rd disappointment was that she's on allergy meds - I took them and explained to the owner that she got one per day in a pill pocket (also taken in with her). No meds were given AT ALL. Lastly, the groomer who checked me out couldn't have cared less whether she was cared for or not and had her in a tiny cage (she's 56 pounds). Afraid my days of boarding there are 2 and done.
