When I called to request either a refund or credit for next time (which now there won't be a next time) I was told I could bring him back and she would "fix it". Believe me, the mess he is cannot be "fixed". He doesn't look like he was even bathed, his ears are uneven, the hair on his head is chopped up (as well as other areas on his body) and worse of all his tail had been nicked and is bleeding! My poor baby. I even asked if he had been difficult and was assured he wasn't a problem. As I tried to reason with the groomer and later learned is also the manager, she started screaming at me saying we had had money problems and in the past (which I later learned from her that her point was that my husband had complained about the prices). After a couple minutes of trying to get a word in, and her continuing to scream at me, since I couldn't get a word in, I hung up. Whatever happened to professionalism and customer service?

They send reminders, confirmations, etc. They work very well with me due to I drive a good distant to get to them and I don't get off till 5:00pm. They hold the pet free of charge if you're running a little late. They also take pictures of your pet and give them nail painting. Only reason why I am not giving them a 5 star was because first time I took my dog and they gave her a nail trim, I think they trimmed it too close to the base so my dog's nail was bleeding a little but not where it was hurting her and she couldn't walk or was limping. It's just the blood got onto my car seats and I didn't realize that until I already drove off and was close to home. I still go back to them because they do take care of my dogs well and communication is very good.

The appointment was at his house at 9am and he wasn't even there when I arrived, showed up around 9:15am and then charged us a late fee($20) for showing up 20 minutes after he told us they were done. They are a boutique grooming studio in South End. Booking an appointment online was quick and easy. When I arrived for my appointment, Nikki was ready to take Miles. We did a quick consult for what he needed and then she was off to do her thing. I picked up Miles an hour later and he looked so good and he smelled so good. Nikki did a great job with his hair cut and also getting him acclimated to grooming since he's a puppy and had never experienced grooming before. Nikki was very loving with Miles. I'm highly satisfied with their service and with his bath and cut. They are definitely going to be my permanent groomers. Also they have a store front and they do mobile grooming for an additional fee.
