After a brief hello and sharing of what the issue I had been experiencing, Nick begins talking in a voice volume louder than I was expecting. He gave me the, "I've been doing this for more than blah, blah, years and...." Wow. Okay. I trust that you know what you are doing but did you have to start the attitude with me at 9:30 in the morning? He reiterated the prices the 1-800 person told me on the phone and then stopped talking and looked at me. He didn't ask me a question, so I didn't answer. Impatiently he then says, "okay?" I nod. After I sign on the dotted line and Nick prints, I was going to ask him if he was okay. But a male customer walked in and I figured I should keep my question to myself for now. I said thank you and out I walked. Feeling shaken and confused and hoping he wouldn't be there when I picked up my laptop in a week. One week later: received a call that my laptop was done.
