Well, I'm back at Divine Nail after a short gap. Nancy, the best nail technician is back and of course I needed to get my "mani& pedi fix". I tried other nail salon but they are not as professional and efficient as the staff here. So, give it a try and you will not be disappointed.

I'm in love with my nails. Love this place. Everyone is so happy and friendly, and they all do good work. My favorite tech is Nina

In the interest of self care I decided to get a manicure and pedicure at this place. It's very welcoming and the technician was good but couldn't speak English. The pedicure was so good I almost fell asleep in the chair. I was however disappointed with my exorbitant bill. I don't go to the nail salon regularly but I've had similar services done and never been charged so much. I definitely won't be back.

No, no, just no. It's been very difficult for me to find a decent nail salon, that's clean, has good service, friendly staff and is in my price range. This place is another one of the many FLOPS I've experienced on my journey to find that ONE nail salon that becomes your go-to place. I had found one place that I absolutely loved, but it was about 30 minutes away and was much pricier. However, they do say, you get what you pay for. My mom didn't want to go to the other place further away and was like, "Let's go here, it has good reviews." I always see this place when I drive to work, but it never intrigued me enough for me to want to try it out. I looked up a few reviews before we headed over and noticed the common theme: "This place USED to be great but..." That's a red flag, folks. Anyway, my mother and I entered this facility early Saturday morning, 10:30ish AM. The place was packed and there were four people waiting to be seen. We were told to wait for a few minutes and we did just so. Then, after five minutes I was directed to station 6 to be seen. I was told by, I believe the manager that he'd get me the color choices for my dip powder. He brought a bowl of acetone and told me to soak my nails in it to remove the previous dipping powder. After about 20 minutes of sitting there with my hands uncomfortably soaking in the acetone, I was giving this raggedy/ratchet jagged poster board with the demo nails and color samples. Let's just say, the number of color options they had were limited and most of them were UGLY! My mom, in the meantime, was sat over in one of the pedicure chairs and sat there for about 10 minutes before finally getting water in her pedicure bath. She had an older gentleman who I could see was not being very gentle with her. She later told me, he was taking the cuticle cutter and jabbing it into one of her big toes that seems to be sensitive. All I heard was, "Ow, ow, ow!" from her direction. My mother told me he didn't seem to care and continue to dig away at her toe, despite her pleas that she was in discomfort. At any rate, by the time my mom's pedicure was done, they still hadn't even gotten my stupid previous dip powder off my fingernails. Talk about poor timing! Eventually, a nail tech came over and worked on my hands. I believe his name was Tommy. Now, I wasn't a big fan of Tommy. He appeared nice but I thought he was kind of passive aggressive and also a sarcastic..ahem. Anyway, he made me bleed on my left thumb and he took a LONG time to complete the manicure. When I saw the end results I was satisfied with the color and shape, but the whole process leading up to it was enough to not have me coming back. The store was dirty, they didn't have clean towels, and the table surface was filthy. The tools they used I don't believe are sterilized properly, and the employees are just straight up unfriendly and unwelcoming. I won't be returning.

This has been my go-to nail salon for the past 3 years. I get my nails done on a biweekly basis by Linda (my fav nail tech). She does an excellent job, shapes my nails how I want, and cleans up the cuticles nicely. They clean all of their tools with a sterilizer machine, each pedicure station gets a new plastic covering per client and I've never had any issues with fungus/infection. Prices are reasonable: I usually get a gel manicure ($30) and basic pedicure ($20) plus tip. COVID precautions: every client and staff member is required to wear a mask. They ask all clients to wash their hands and check their temperature upon entry. The pedicure chairs are divided with clear PVC curtains and the manicure stations all have a plastic barrier screen between the tech and client. Parking: located in a plaza with ample free parking available.

Decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi. Came to this nail salon because it was close to my job and home. THE WORST MANI PEDI IVE EVER HAD. I wish I would have read reviews before hand. Only three days after a gel mani+pedi from this salon and it's already peeling and chipping. I went in and spoke to the manager because I wanted a refund, I don't have time to get another shitty mani pedi done and honestly didn't want to waste my time here again and he refused to process a refund and threatened me that he will lie to the bank if I dispute the transaction. Absolutely awful experience and service.

Terrible!!!!!!! They hurt my toe nail right now and it hurts so bad . Right after walking in and this lady Tina instead of wrapping my toes to soak in acetone for the polish to come off she just uses the machine to take off the polish!!! And she carved my nail and I started bleeding and now I feel so horrible because I literally had to leave because after that happening they told me Tina had an appointment at that time so I literally went there to get my toe nail hurt, never ever I'm coming to this horrible place.

This nail salon is conveniently located very near my house, so I've made the mistake of giving them my money on two separate occasions for extremely shoddy work. At my last visit for a gel mani/pedi I pointed out to one of the male nail techs (one of the salon owners, I believe) that the polish on my pedi was bumpy. My finger slipped when I was pointing and I scratched the polish on my own toenail. I tried to wipe the polish off on the paper towel under my foot so I wouldn't "mess up" the horrible gel nails they had just done. The nail tech grabbed my hand and twisted it and aggressively told me "don't touch that!" I had to twist my hand out of his grip. I told him not to touch me and he continued to stare at me threateningly. I was afraid, so I backed down. I calmly paid my bill and promptly left. I am considering pressing assaultcharges on this man. All I can say is this nail salon does horrible work and the male owner is physically violent. Civic duty performed. You've been warned. Update: On 10/1/19 I received this private message from David N. who is obviously affiliated with the business. "You Musta had a bad day don't take you're a bad day and put it on somebody else people take pride in their work . They're out there to provide service for you and help you makes it look better in what you came in with as example a haircut they go to a defense mode when you are rude and smother their work in front of them and wipe it all over their face they go to a defense mode by protecting them self by pushing away .You do the same thing to your drawing a nice picture when somebody goes over and smother the whole picture that you just drew would you be You can act like a adult by requesting them to please redo or fix that by making this adjustment and I bet you they would be more than happy to do it for you with a polite manner .Negativities come with negativity. I believe a positive mind is a best mind to have when you are in the Publix I" Guess the harassment, aggression and bad business practices will be continuing here on Yelp. I asked the messenger to cease contacting me. I truly hoped my review would help would-be patrons and give the business owners pause before they treated another client in such a way. Sigh.

Disappointed considering all the favorable reviews. Very quick, pedicure and gel manicure in under an hour. I chose a polish that was light in color and needed several coats of the gel and when I pointed out that there were still spots that had poor coverage, my nail tech did nothing about it and just kept marching forward. I will have to go somewhere else to have it corrected. I just relocated to the area and was really hoping this would be the only place I had to go to find a great nail salon. Any recommendations?? read more

This was my first time coming to this place and the service was amazing! I got in quickly I showed them the design i wanted and they got it done excellently and in a timely manner. I just got a house around here and now every time I come down I am going to get my nails done here. I started coming here a couple months ago and over nail it's a nice nail salon. The staff is extremely friendly. I love the fact they are always having fun and seem to have a good time at work and it shows in their work. Van, coco, Jenn, and NANCY!!!! Those are who you ask for. Cici is hands down AMAZING for acrylics she's quick but detailed.. Jenn, van, and Nancy she amazing. I have a problem with ingrown cuticles on toes and they never have to be asked to look it they clean really well durning your pedicure. Jenn and van also do threading it is not advertised but you can ask them and they'll do it. My last visit was with Nancy and am absolutely satisfied with my nails I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered... THANK YOU NANCY! read more

Ladies don't waste your time energy or money. I'm currently sitting in the emergency because the nail tech left the hot towel on my feet too long. This shit burns like crazy. I'm a regular customer but have been searching for somewhere else because I was tired of being talked about in Vietnamese but that's beside the point. I came here 2 hours before they closed because I needed a pedicure and a fill to just get my mind off things and feel good. I should have turned around when the female owner saw me coming in and turned her back at me then turned around and asked me what I needed. I wanted to ask her are y'all still doing nails but I humbled myself and picked a color. The minute I sat down the tech was rough with the cuticle cutter then he used the stone to rub the soft part of my feet until I had to tell him to stop. Then he went and got the hot towel and just dropped it in on my feet so I'm there looking at him waiting for him to take it up and when he didn't I lift it up mysel. He didn't apologize he just started speaking in their language. I wonder if they realize how rude and offensive that is especially when we know they speak English. So I got up to do my nails now feet still burning and I ask the owner so you or your employee isn't going to apologize to me for burning me and she said nothing and looked right through me so I got up and left and instead of sitting at home relaxing I am at the er because of incompetence. I'm so mad I could cry. This used to be a good salon but all their good techs left and I am starting to see why. I'm praying I don't blister because I would have to call my lawyer. I wish I could give 0 stars. I also noticed that the owner David rudely attacks the customers who leaves reviews that are not favorable to his business. It's the second day and my feet is still irritated so I will be speaking to my lawyer on Monday to find out my rights. I have been going here for years but it's not the same and I am disappointed and in pain. read more

This is my go-to nail place for a mani-pedi, and has been since it opened. Most of the staff are very friendly, and do a great job. They all try to up-sell (gel mani, eyebrow waxing, etc) but in the past I've tried these here, and I was not a personal fan of, so I always decline these. They refurbished the salon a few months ago, and they have massage chairs with plastic foot liners. They also sterilize their tools, so each time you have a fresh set when they start working on you. I've had a handful of negative experiences, where staff have raced through my mani-pedi on busy days to accommodate more customers, and it didn't look as good or last as long. But a mani-pedi is a good deal here, and 9 times out of 10 I leave as a very satisfied customer! Be prepared to wait during busy times on the weekends and holidays! read more

We had to get our nails done before the long weekend and I found this salon on yelp. I needed a salon that did acrylic. It is a bit small inside but everyone was really nice. My daughter has on acrylic nails and the last salon I took her to they did a horrible job the nails were not straighten correctly so I like how here they took their time fixed all the nails and squared them how she liked. The only problem is the space. I had to sit outside and wait for them to finish with my daughter because I felt that everyone was top of one another. read more

Really enjoy my pedicure from Van today she cleaned those ingrowns out. I brought my mom with me today she's 73 and she even loved the service from Van. I've been coming here for over 3 years and Van is the only one that I let perform my pedicure and Don does my nails. Return visit: Appointment with Kathy is timely and productive - manicure and pedicure are on point. No hair snags because all of the pedicure head rest have been replaced. White towels look better. I've been coming here for close to six years and haven't ever been disappointed. It's convenient to come here on lunch breaks because it's close to work. For the Holidays, they're specials are Mani/Peni for $28 vs $30-$35 and Gel Mani/Pedi are $48 vs $55-$60. You've gotta to check it out and don't forget to ask for Cece! read more

I've been a long time customer and I had a very bad experience today and will not being going back. They shouldn't have their regulars be guinea pigs for their new hires. The man who did my toes could not seem to use the nail cutters to cut them as short as I wanted. I had to ask a few times and then he started using the skin cutters to try and cut my toenails down. They didn't have the color I wanted so I picked a new one only to have to pick another once he started painting my toes because the color was 'too watery.' I am disappointed in the final product. It saddens me, but like I said before, they should not use their known regulars as guinea pugs for their new hires and there's quite a few of them. They've lost the majority of their staff recently and there must be a reason for that. read more

I recently moved to this area so I am in search of a new salon. And as i walked in they were amazing! Greeted me at the door, Friendly, all smiles! I got my eyebrows waxed by Kathy she was awesome! Im really picky about how they're done and she was great even gave me tips for the future. And i also got a full set gel tips and polish, forgot to ask that techs name but she was great also, friendly, made conversation, and made sure i left happy. Definitely found my new home. I moved to Hollywood from South Beach where I was VERY particular about my nails being perfect every other week. Went to 3 places in search of a good place. Found this one and seemed to enjoy it. After a few girls, I found my girl!! Go to HOLLY! I've been coming to this place for about 3 years now. When I moved to Orlando, I still drive all the way back home from time to time to come here to get my nails done. However the last time I came, I got a gel manicure. I got it done May 22nd. In the span of 10 days this is what they look like now. Super disappointed. The owners are nice people and my nails always come out great! I have a favorite technician but I seem to always forget his name for some reason. He gave me great tips on how to take care of my natural nails after a nightmare at a different establishment! I was very surprised to have a nail tech recommend something that would actually benefit the health of my nails. Pedicures always come out very nice. The only negative to the salon is the lack of space. I'm currently 8 months pregnant and squeezing through the seats is very hard and I almost tripped on a nail tech who scoot outward while doing a pedicure because their seats are in the only walking path there is.. read more

I love this nail salon, I've been in this area almost two years now and kept trying new places. Something was always off. Until I found Divine nails. I'm a regular now and couldn't be happier. They do everything to accommodate you and always busy as others really like this place too. They all do excellent detailed work, clean and don't take forever. They are fun and want you to leave as a happy customer. The color selection is intense and extensive too. The prices are fair and very reasonable. I regularly see Nina or Nancy both ladies pay attention to detail and do an AMAZING job. I will continue to come here and share with friends too!!! read more

I went to Divine nails on Saturday December 26th, i had been here before to get my toes done but i wanted to get a full set this time. When i went in they seemed very flustered and unprofessional with putting me with someone to do my Nails. They said it would take no longer then 15 minutes and i waited 25 minutes to even start, they switched me from one lady to another and i told them i had to leave at a certain time for work and they didn't seem to care, the Second lady that was going to finish my nails went into the back to eat for 5 minutes while i sat and waited. She was very rough with my hands and even cut me. I showed her what design i wanted and i kept on asking her if she needed to see it again and she said no, she kept on messing up and even left streaks of white nail polish on my nail when she said it was "done". The next day i went in to try and fix it and they were to busy, i tried to go the following couple days later because two of my nails fell off and i only got them put on barley 3 days ago, and they have been closed which i get its the holidays but today is Monday and they still haven't answered my phone call to request a refund for poor service but on google it says they are open. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, very unprofessional. read more

I LOVE this place! After moving back to the south Florida area I struggled with finding a clean, nice, and decently priced nail salon that actually has good techs. This place has it all! I always go to see Van or Nancy, they're so sweet, take their time, and give amazing results. David and his wife (I forgot her name sorry!) are amazing, sweet, and very efficient. Any time I have had any problems they are sure to hear me out and fix their mistakes (which are far and few) they have a great polish and shellac selection and are extremely hygienic with sterilized tools and foot tub liners. They are also accommodating to their customers. Would recommend this place to anyone! read more

I loved this salon but my nail tech left. After I found out he left I decided to give another nail tech a try. She did an amazing job, (gel pedicure and acrylic overlay on real nails) my nails and toes looked perfect but unfortunately my nails were over-filled and that night I woke up in horrible pain. My nails felt like they were being crushed into my nail beds. I've had this happen before when I was a kid with acrylics but it's been a while since I've experienced anything like it. In the days following, the area around my nails started to itch and blister. I reached out to her and sent her photos to see if she could do something. She did offer to try to fix them but my cuticles were too tender to have her messing with them. She didn't offer a refund which I thought was something I'm entitled to considering the pain I was in for days. I won't be returning. They've finally started to grow out and because of that the pain has subsided and the blisters have gone away. I'm giving Divine two stars only because I did enjoy this salon for a few months before this experience. I'm sure there are other good nail techs in there but I'm just not willing to take the chance again. read more

The techs there are not friendly at all. Avoid asking for Van, I believe was her name. She left my manicure half way done for the owner to finish the job. Van rushed to take care of another client that had just arrived. The whole time she was doing my nails she was texting other clients to come and have their nails done by her. I won't be going back there. Very unprofessional and non-welcoming. read more

Let be this place. Just moved from the northeast. Needed a pedi quickly. Saw that this cute lil shop was number 3 in the hollywood area. They were accommodating. Stopped in here for the first time for a mother/daughter pedicure and couldn't be happier! The staff was extremely helpful and everyone was so friendly. I was in DESPERATE need to get a mani/pedi, while I work I yelped the closest nail salon to my house and Divine Nails was one of many... but what set them apart was their stellar reviews. I had to call and find out pricing! Immediately I made an appointment for after work, thankfully they're open after 7p so I was able to book something. The minute I walked in, I was greeted and the whole staff was immensely attentive to me. The manager, David, made sure I was comfortable and getting what I asked for the whole time. Nancy did my nails and Be did my toes, and WOW!!!!!!! They were both so sweet and fast and so efficient. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left the customer service and attention to detail they have is amazing. I'm absolutely going back, trust me all of these reviews are true!! 2 stars for prompt service. The person who attended to me picked his nose and didn't bother to wash his hands. Thankfully I only needed nail polish removed(which all of it was not removed btw). I was sent to wash my hands after oil put on, but there was no hand soap in sight. Another worker bumped into the back of my head and did not say excuse me IMO that's pretty rude. I don't plan on returning. read more

The pedicure was just ok, 20 bucks, no frills. I dont usually go here because i would rather pay 5.00 more dollars and get a better pedicure but its Sunday and my normal place is not open. I would not judge the pedicure except this is the 2nd time i have gone there and both times they cut the cuticle too low on my big toe and made me bleed. Next the woman next to me had big club toe nails that appeared to be full of fungus and the thought that other patrons with the same affliction could have used the same polish as me made my stomach turn. I will never go back to this nail place read more

I've been coming here for a while & I usually do my nails and eyebrows here since they do a pretty decent job. I recently came here for an acrylic set and pedicure for my PROM. I got my pedicure as soon as I walked in and everything was amazing. Then I sat down at a different station with one of the rudest technicians I've ever seen!!! He grabbed my hands roughly and did not make an attempt at cutting my cuticles or even pushing them back...just stuck the nail on me literally. Then I asked him to paint my whole nail black and only on my thumbs to make a silver line for design. He said no? He said that he didn't do that? Which is stupid because anyone can and he's supposed to be a nail technician!!! Don't even wanna return here after 7 months of coming here read more

I've been a loyal customer for a year now. Unfortunately they now have new technicians that are no good there. I was there a couple of weeks ago and I won't be back again. I had on acrylics and because In an HOUR they close she kept staring at the time I said to her I wanted to soak in my nails she said ok ok. Yet after that she decided to take them off her way and ended up ripping my nails and hurting me leaving me bleeding because she ripped my skin and pulled my real nail off as well. Horrible job not dedicated In their work and really needs to be more gentle when working with nails. Also the new staff is honestly not welcoming at all. read more

Van did an excellent job and took her time to make sure the job she was doing was to my liking. She is the sweetest person, so easy to talk to and we laughed throughout the whole time. Van was super efficient. I have been getting my nails done for over 5 years and have never had better service and quality. These women just let me pick out what i want and the rest of the time i sit back in an awesome massage chair and RELAX!!!!
