I went in today only having done gel and dip previously. I explained this before any service and asked for a recommendation on what service I should get if I want to add extensions. We landed on apres. The nail tech was rushing through the whole service and applied almost every tip on my left hand crooked. I asked him to fix it and I was able to fix most of them by filing but had to redo the whole application for my index finger. Upon further inspection I noticed the nail length on my left and right hands were way different so again I had to ask the tech to fix it. This whole time I'm waiting to see if my cuticles will be addressed but I didn't say anything because I've never had the service before and didn't know at what point it would be done in the process. The service ends and my cuticles weren't touched and I was so confused but at this point I had been there so long and felt like I was babysitting the tech the whole time (he seemed so annoyed with me but I don't want to nag and I'm sure he doesn't want to be nagged so some more attention to detail would've been appreciated) so I just wanted to leave. I go to the front and I asked if cuticle work wasn't included on services anymore. He informed me that it's an extra add-on I should've asked for because it's not typically included for any service besides regular manicure and gel manicure. So then I said they should let people know this if they're new to the service and then the front desk guy starts arguing with me about how I should have asked. How would I know to ask if that's typically the standard for most services? He continues to go back and forth with me (which is ridiculous and insane) and I eventually had to just cut him off and say can I just pay and leave I'm not going to argue with you anymore. So I paid and left really annoyed. As soon as I left I looked up if cuticle work is typically done with apres and IT IS. I'll attach the screenshot. If they're going to charge more for cuticle work whatever but you have to let people know if that's something specific to your salon. Overall super disappointing experience especially because this has been my all-time favorite nail salon for like 8 or 9 years. Even when I lived out of state, I made it a point to always come get my nails done here when I visited. I've recommended this place to countless people over the years and I'm honestly sad at the service and attitude I received today. read more

The nail tech Vicki is very nice and does a good job. I had a gel mani and pedi on 12/11/25 same color to match a dress for a wedding. Within 2 days the toe nails faded from pink to a faded white and melon orange. After the wedding (no time before) I went to ask for a complimentary pedicure in 2 weeks when my fingernails would be due. The manager offered to comp the gel but not the pedicure either then and there or at the later date I was requesting. Are we talking $25 for the pedi part? I see that as poor customer service. This review is honestly a little difficult to do, because my experience was so varied. This was my first time visiting this salon. I normally go to one close to my house, but wanted to find one closer to work that I can go to on lunch. The negative: -Timing: made an appointment ahead of time, to make sure there wouldn't be a wait since I was on my lunch break. I checked in when I got there, and didn't actually get a nail tech until about 10 minutes after my appointment time, and it ended up taking longer than any manicure I've ever had. I was late getting back to work. -Hidden charges. I checked the prices online before I came, which factored into how I chose this salon over the many in the area. They charged me about double the price listed online for the service, plus an upcharge that I was not aware of. If something I requested was going to be an upcharge, I should have been informed of that up front instead of being shocked when I went to pay. In total, I ended up paying about $40 more than I was expecting, which is a pretty significant amount of money. The positive: -The interior itself is very clean, sleek, and well-decorated. The pedicure chairs are like a long couch instead of the normal chairs, and the manicure tables have the UV lamps and storage built in, which keeps the counters very clean and free of clutter. -My nail tech was awesome. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what I wanted, and my manicure ended up looking exactly how I envisioned. He was friendly, helpful, and did a great job. I believe he said his name was Andy. He was definitely the highlight of this experience. I gave them 4 stars because my nails did turn out great, which is ultimately why you do to a nail salon. I am always well cared for, always walk out feeling pampered and get lots compliments on how clean and well polished my nails and toes are. Real Talk. I have not had my toes professionally done in years. Self-care is absolutely apart of my 2022 goals. So, I looked around and Mia R. via Yelp helped me find this spot. I booked online the morning of. Easy peasy. Got there 10 mins early and was in the chair at 12 pm for my appointment. Vicki had great reviews and she delivered. Light chat and friendly demeanor. She has an attention to detail I appreciate. Now. The thing that set this pedicure off.....She got my square cut perfect for my toes. She didn't try to round it or deviate from what I asked for. PERFECT SQUARE CUT. I was done. My toes look like I got acrylic and not gel. That's how crisp this square is. Crispy, y'all. You hear someone eating potato chips when you look at my pedicure - Crispy. Clearly, I and very pleased. It was $38 for the standard gel pedicure. I thanked Vicki with my gratitude and a fat tip. The process here is seamless , I usually don't have a hard time making an appointment. ( I usually make it after my current appointment) my nail tech is quick and precise in her work. I've never really had to wait more than maybe 5 minutes, The service is nicely priced I get almond shape full set with a design as well as a French tip pedicure and they don't hit me across the head. While I do feel they could spice it up a bit. I do look forward to getting my nails done. Didn't rate it 5 stars only because I did try another nail tech here while my nail tech was away and I did not enjoy the service and never went back until my nail tech came back. So I don't feel everyone here are on the same level. Also while at the time I did have acrylic on my big toe, I did experience terrible hygiene practices. Instead of refreshing it. Very talented nails techs. I used to come here for a mani and pedi a few years ago and stopped coming for reasons unrelated to the nail lounge. I started coming again last year and have been a consistent customer again. I know whenever I come to do my nails I'm always going to get what I've asked for and I will leave satisfied and in love with my nails. Their nail techs are so talented and are true artists. Their designs are beautiful and so seamless. The customer service is attentive and responsive to the client when you arrive for your appointment, when you are finished with your service, when you call in to schedule an appt, etc. They really are great. I've always had a good experience with the staff here. I really do appreciate their cleanliness and the way the nail salon is interiorly decorated. My nail tech is Tina. She's a perfectionist which I am so grateful for. I absolutely love my nails every time she's done with my service. She shapes them perfectly just the way I request(almond shape). read more

Nail Tech: listened, he barely spoke to others, but when he did it was like he was teaching someone else - so of course that's cool lol. He took his time. He was precise. This was for my grad. My go-to nail place in Miramar, tried and true. I've been going here since my college days when I'd come home for a manicure during the holidays. I was friends with a lot of asians during my formative years and that meant that I would know someone going to any nail salon within a 50 mile radius. This is the one place I didn't, which brings me comfort when getting a pedicure. I've been to many nail salons and this is still my favorite. Although a bit pricier than most, you get what you pay for. Some quality and bomb looking nails! The techs here are all very professional and the decor inside is luxurious. If you want to take a picture of your pretty manicure afterwards, there's a flower wall with a neon sign that reads, "My nail tech is better than yours." The sign is right. I came here after failing to get what I envisioned for my birthday nails at a different salon. I immediately came to the Nail Lounge and asked the receptionist if they could do chrome nails. I provided a picture and she booked me an appointment for the next day. I was able to get Nick as my nail tech. Super friendly and was super accommodating to what I wanted. This is so important when you're spending a lot on your nails. He filed my nails to an almond shape and we settled on a beige gel color with a pixie dust unichrome finish. This turned my nails chrome gold, exactly what I wanted. I came in thinking I would spend $60+ on dip polish but ended up spending only $45 on the gel with pixie dust finish. (Yes, this is still pricey but its better than $60) The pixie dust finish is $15 for all 10 nails. If you're looking for a specialty nail design, I would recommend this place. read more

Lowering my review! After posting the message below, instead of receiving a call from the company to help better understand the situation. The front desk ladies decided to message me saying that my review wasn't true and that she gave me options. In REALITY all you gave me was a " it's booked" and if it wasn't for me being persistent and getting creative to think of alternatives then you would have just hung up. After seeing my persistent you only have me only one other option which didn't give me any flexibility. especially with all the techs there are or could be brought in! I don't appreciate a brats message telling me that I'm a liar!!!! If I gave my feedback it was to help improve, like I said I love this place but unfortunately I will never be back here again. TO YOUR CUSTOMER YOU SHOULD ALWASY CONSIDER THIER NEEDS FIRST AND NOT BE SNOTTY! ------------------------------------------------------------ I really gotta say I would be so loyal to this place, their techs are off the chain BUT their business operations lack better management and customer service. There is no room for flexibility, the lady that picks up the phone states she's the manager always says there is no available. I called to move up my appoint up or down and there was no flexibility to even do my nails with another rep or to just do my hands it's self. Out of all the tech, she had no one???? Which I know that was a lie because I've sat there and seen techs waiting to be handed another customer. I had to cancel my appointment and move it to another day! I really didn't want to do this so I ended up moving my agenda around to free up my meetings! At the end I called within 30 mins and the lady said my appointment had already been booked! Which I doubt that very much! Management here needs to be more considerate about the customer flexibility. I walked in with my mother in law shortly before closing to get us both mani/pedis. Thankfully one of the techs agreed to stay (he was supposed to be leaving) so we were both able to get our nails done. They were very nice and both our nails looked beautiful when we left. However, I noticed some MINOR bubbling in my nails and that's something that I find annoying bc it makes me think the salon is using old, cheap or diluted products. In addition, the receptionist was FaceTiming super loud with someone the entire time we were there- it kind of killed the vibe. Also, the area for pedicures is literally a single long bench along the wall with foot sinks at certain increments. I really enjoy a massage chair when I'm getting a pedi, but at the very least a comfy chair would have been better than a bench. Finally, my mani & pedi held up a full 2 weeks but my MIL had some nails peel completely off within a couple of days. She ended up removing the polish herself within a week... If I need to do a walk in, I would definitely visit again, but probably not my first choice of salons for the future. read more

This was my first time going to this nail salon. I'll start with the pros--I didn't have to wait as a walk-in, the staff was nice and the place looked clean. Unfortunately, the cons were all from the service which is the main reason for the visit. I went online prior to my visit to look at the services they offered. I decided on the manicure which they state online comes with a hot towel wrap and a lotion massage along with the basics. After I picked out my color, the tech asked how I wanted my nails. Since I had some long and short, I said I wanted them all even and to shorten the longer ones. She then clipped, filed and buffed them. They did not look even but she kept working on it so I didn't say anything at the moment. She proceeded to put on what appeared to be cuticle cream before pushing them back and cutting them. She was rushing throughout the whole process and cutting the bare minimum. I even had to point out that there was still some cuticle on a finger when she was telling me to go wash my hands. After I came back from washing my hands, she went straight to the polish and then took me to the drying area. At this point, I was confused because I had yet to have receive any of the additional services they advertised. The front desk attendant called it a basic manicure so I thought they probably didn't realize I was referring to their signature manicure in the beginning. At this point it wasn't a big deal, next time I'll know to ask for it by name. That is until I asked how much I owed. They were still charging me full price for services I didn't receive. I told them what was advertised on their site and that I received the bare minimum for a manicure. She didn't know what I was talking about so I showed her their site and what it said. She had no clue why it said hot towels because they only use the hot towels for pedicures. She asked another nail tech who also had no clue about what was advertised on their site. She then called over the tech to ask her if she had done the lotion massage. The tech said no, apparently she did not know this was supposed to be done. The attendant was nice enough to lower the price so I do appreciate that, but I will not be going back. The fact that they are false advertising services that they don't offer on their site and that the staff doesn't know anything about what's on there or what should be done is enough for me to stay away. I decided to go here instead of another nail salon because of what they advertised online and that was a mistake. read more

Well. How do I start? I've come here before and left a positive review but after this interaction, it really wasn't the best. I called in the morning to make an appointment for my nails, I got there and they immediately accommodated me. First, I don't think it's OK for a nail tech to have airpods on and ignore their guest. I work in the service industry (bartender) and when I go out, I like to be treated with the same respect that I'm given. I felt as though my nail tech was really passive aggressive and harsh with my hands, and honestly I go to a nail salon to relax. It's my me time. She didn't say anything to me which bothered me because she didn't ask me if the color was OK until after she did all the nails on one hand, as well as the french. On top of that, she accidentally pushed my phone on the counter which was an honest to god mistake, it was my fault for not having a cover on it but I think that when she saw my phone cracked she should have gotten a manager, at least to apologize and be professional about it. What really got me was that she was still being aggressive with my hands even after she cracked my phone. I just wanted a smile or something or words of kindness and there was none. I just felt that the customer service was really lacking in my experience this time. Their work is always great, I cannot complain about that at all. I've always enjoyed at least that part of this salon, but this isn't the first time I've been here and had a lack of customer service. Their work is what gives them 2 stars. read more

I hate to write reviews like this but I'm actually shocked by the way my nails came out after my most recent visit to this salon. I used to come to this salon religiously before the pandemic and of course things change but I decided to give them a try before the new year. I requested a gel mani and regular pedicure with a soak off. After some thought I decided to get an overlay but was later told I wouldn't be able to get the service since they did not have anyone available. COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE so I decided to continue my original service. Once I was assigned a nail tech she informed me she doesn't not know how to remove the structured gel manicure on my hands (even thought it's a simple fill off). I asked was there anyone else that was available to remove it and after consulting the front desk she later told me no. I said ok let's try to work something through and she decided to put dip powder on top of my structured gel manicure. It looked a complete mess. Even the tech next to her was trying to help and she responded with "I'm only going to do what I'm comfortable with." I was furious. I have never experienced something like this before. Before COVID it didn't matter who I went to at this salon; EVERYONE was amazing. Now I don't think that same energy is there. Overall my pedicure felt like a polish change; my cuticle weren't pushed back and my toes nails were not even cleaned. I paid my tab and walked out very upset. Overall I would not recommend this location due to my experience. I truly hope they train their team to handle certain situations so this doesn't happen again. read more

Where do I begin? A friend recommended this salon so I was very excited, especially to see the reviews were also good. Little did I know the encounter I was going to have. To start, I have thin nails and that has always been known. I do appreciate being told about what would be the healthiest option for my nails, but my techs delivery of this was awful. His name was Bird, he told me my nails were "banged up" and I have what is called "bad luck nails." He said nothing would make my nails look nice because of the way that they grow. I honestly have very mixed feelings about this place. It was my first time doing my nails pre covid. When I walked in, I got the feeling this place was very well liked due to the amount of people there on a Friday afternoon. I did a dip overlay on my hands. I've never done dip before. I told the gentleman that, hoping for more explanation on it. But didn't really get one. Kinda seemed like he was just doing his thing and I was just another appointment to him. Which, essentially is true. I did have polish on my fingers when he was done and a couple cuticles coming out. Had a pedicure on my feet as well. The woman who helped was very nice and friendly. Didn't feel like I was being judged for not doing my feet in a while lol. The girls at the front are also really nice. I will be returning to give them another try. read more

The owner replied to my review right away, and informed me that since it was less than 5 days since I got my nails done they would be able to fix it. I went as walk in since I have an event tomorrow and didn't want to show up with my nails looking a mess. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating and she was able to fit me in with someone right away. V fixed the nails that were messed up and she did a great job. We showed up before they opened and the kind receptionist opened the door and asked if we had an appointment. No. She said that if the appointments didn't show up, she would put us in. Thought for sure people had better things to do than get their nails done, but I was wrong. At 9:55 I had high hopes because you could hear crickets. Then, the stampede happened. I have never seen so many people plow through the doors. 16 people dashed my hopes for getting in without an appointment. My daughter and I didn't have long to wait and we began our pedi event.
