I've been coming to this place since February and the nail techs have done an amazing job every time. My nails haven't become brittle or damaged, which tends to happen if I get my nails done regularly. I usually get a dip mani and pedi, which I've made last 3-4 weeks. I couldn't be happier with my experiences here! This was my 2nd time at this salon and it was just as wonderful as the first. The staff is friendly and the salon is clean. Michelle does an excellent job making sure my nails are perfect! I have had nails my whole life and always get lifting around the cuticles around 2-3 weeks out and my hair gets stuck in them and it's a mess. BUT after going to Michelle my nails are still perfect even after 3-4 weeks- no lifting or chipping. I think it would last forever if I could just get my nails to stop growing! I took my good friend who has Advanced MS, right side is paralyzed, and she's bin a powered wheelchair, for a manicure. Everyone was so kind, especially Michelle, who.helped get her situated at the table then gave her a careful & beautiful manicure! She smiled and talked to my friend and made her feel "seen". I had a great first time experience, with Hanna, but the second time was not as great (I honestly don't even know the other person's name, as I was a bit frustrated upon completion, the second time around, and didn't have the time to fix anything...two of my nails chipped to the point of breaking within two days, of my second visit...). I came here for the first time and had my nails done by Ann. It was my first time getting the powder dip nails and I love them so much! I am a teacher and my regular manicures never last more than a day, MAYBE 2 if I'm lucky so I decided to try this and they look amazing. I asked a million questions while she did them, she was super kind and explained everything she was doing. I told her I wanted a natural look (I chose this procedure because I have thin nails that bend and break rather easily.). She did such an excellent job, does not look like I have a huge thick layer on my nails at all, I just can't brag enough. I couldn't be happier with my pedicure today. My technician (I didn't get her name unfortunately) was outstanding and gave me a fantastic pedicure. I broke my foot about 2 months ago and have been nervous to get a pedicure, but my feet really needed it. So on a whim I popped in about an hour and a half before close. I asked if they had time, I didn't want to be rude so close to them leaving. They were all enthusiastic and friendly, so I picked my color and sat down. I chose the most expensive pedicure, I forget the name, but it was amazing. I got a wonderful lavender soak, paraffin wax foot treatment, hot stone massage, callus removal, polish, and a little flower on my big toe. The technician spent a lot of time massaging my feet and legs and making sure I was comfortable. She was very friendly and I couldn't have asked for better service or a better pedicure. This will be my go to place, I can't wait to come back! Thanks ladies! PS don't forget to tip in cash and tip appropriately. 20% is customary, more if your tech worked harder or longer. I saw a woman get a full set of nails and a pedicure and tip $5. Unacceptable. These ladies work hard on your nasty feet and deserve more! read more

It looked really good, but it didn't end up working out bc the glitter portion started lifting up. I was very disappointed with my most recent visit to Divine Nails. First off after I was already in the massage chair with my feet in the water, I was informed I could only have a short pedicure because they had an appointment coming in. So no callus removal which is what I needed and no extras. I do not recommend paying in cash as the nail techs cannot make change due to the lack of any math skills. They do not even have a calculator. My pedicure was $45, I handed the nail tech $60 cash. She said she could not make the change so I gave her a $10 bill and asked for one of my $20 bills back. The nail tech yelled at me saying I did not give her enough money. I got tired of arguing and left. So long story short I payed $70 for one pedicure that did not even offer what I came in for. Not impressed and will not be returning. read more

They typically are, so I make an appointment for 30 minutes or an hour later. Even if I have an appointment, I typically wait 15-25 minutes before it's my turn. Often it's not within their control, because some customers make appointments and then don't show up. If you're rushed for time, try to book the first appointment of the day. read more
