I was informed that I would still need to wait approximately 30 minutes. I was confused by this, as the purpose of making an appointment is to be seen at the scheduled time. When I asked for clarification, I was told there were "people waiting," including walk-ins. At that point, it felt as though the appointment had no priority over walk-ins, which defeats the purpose of scheduling ahead. I expressed my concern that it didn't make sense to book an appointment only to be treated as a walk-in, and I ultimately chose to leave. I went to another spa nearby and was seen immediately upon arrival. To be fair, Bliss Nail Bar has always done great work in the past, and the quality of services is typically excellent. However, this experience highlighted a significant issue with scheduling and customer service. As someone who regularly spends $200+ per visit, the lack of respect for appointment timing has made me reconsider my options moving forward.
