I waited 40 minutes with an appointment! I have never had an issue with this salon until today. I made an appointment for a regular manicure. When I first entered I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. No problem! After ten minutes it turned into 15 minutes. All I got was an I'm sorry from one of the employees. Several other customer were taken before me. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I get it if someone calls out or your short staffed but that was not the case. The place was packed. I really like Connie. She always knows the perfect length, and whilst getting the whole combo deal (mani & pedi) she will speak up to her coworker ( the one doing the pedicure) if she thinks the toes need to be filed more she will give direction. I appreciate that cause for some reason a lot of woman are walking around with dagger toe nails, and I personally do not think that's cute. Maybe it's easier for the nail technicians to apply polish? I had made a 2 PM appointment with this place and was not seen until 3:15 PM. Mean while walking ins were getting seated. Finally a lady comes to me I show her what I want and she's confused I literally say if this can't be done that's fine I'll do something else and she says now wait longer and this other person will help you. Another 10 minutes of waiting and I get another lady I explain to her I want square nails and she gives me almond then tries to shorten them and "fix" the shape which was impossible at that point. Gets irritated that she had to remove the nail and reapply. Tries to tell me that I waited because I had a complicated design when they hadn't even seen my design request until 1hr and 15 minutes later. Then tells me next time I should have asked for acrylic instead of dip... WHEN I ASKED THE LADY WHATS BETTER ACRYLIC OR DIP!! I was so fed up by the end of it all I left and paid $55 dollars for a horrible experience and ugly nails. I'd honestly like my money back. The only person I ever liked to do my nails was Michelle but unfortunalty after this experience I'll never go back. read more

Today (4/12/22) I went in for an manicure and pedicure with my pregnant sister-in-law, I would go again! The service was fantastic and so welcoming! We made an appointment for 3pm on a Tuesday. It was not busy at all. We did wait for about 15 minutes with an appointment but I didn't mind at all. I'm really sensitive to loud noise and it was not noisy at all, they were very considerate to the guests and it made a very relaxing time. They talked to us about the baby and we're very kind to my sister-in-law and treated her so great! They did a great job on our nails and were very careful and gentle. The price was reasonable. It was $70 for both us to get an manicure and pedicure which is $17.50 for each service. They accept card and you can tip on the card. The vibe was amazing and I would definitely go again. read more

Just happened to walk by this cute little nail place in Glendora. I did a walk-in and I was immediately helped. I chose the dipping powder (sns) and Lynn was very sweet and patient! She gave me and my friend some water. She and I got to know a little bit about each other while she was doing my nails. Lynn was very nice and made sure I was happy with my nails. I came in for a fill and got a side of attitude. First When I tried to point out uneven application of powder I was told it's my fault for getting shorter almond nails (which I've been getting for about 10 years with no problem). You know, I really like this place. It is the only nail salon that I have walked into and I didn't get five manicurists and their customers starring at me like I have five heads. I got my nails done here on 9/19 by Kelly. She did an amazing job! I had tips put on and then dipped. It did take about 2 hours to get them done but Kelly made sure my nails were perfect and exactly how I wanted them. The shape and color was spot on. I had a pedicure done as well unfortunately I cant remember the name of the girl that did my toes but the spa treatment itself was great but the paint job was so so but that's my fault for not catching it when she got done.
