I tore my 350Z's dash apart to install a new JVC hu. I got it apart just fine. Then the wiring nightmare began, and l knew this install was above my pay grade. So l drove to Divine Sound, walked in, was welcomed and asked how they could help me. My reply was simple: install my head unit. They looked the car over, asked what l bought, then said ok. I asked when they might install it. Right now! I was floored, and said yes! After watching TV in their well appointed waiting area, he comes in and says there's a problem. My heart sank. He explains that what l bought was close, but not a great fit, even with the install kit that l paid extra for. He goes on to say that the old school way of install will be employed. No problem! Yay! I thought that while l was there I'd ask about tinting my windows. He says no problem, how dark would you like it? I told him as dark as was legal. Again, no problem it'll take another hour. I left there having been shown how to use my new head unit, and my windows were tinted! This was all at about the cost of a tint job from the guys down the road! New radio, tinted windows, yeah! Horrible experience. I took my car to divine sounds to get it tinted. Got my car back with air bubbles all in a tint. They told me to wait 3 days I came back & they give me the runaround. Pedro had the tint guy come out the back with a little plastic paddle & said he was going to do a touch-up and for me to wait another 3 days. ive never heard of a touch up on tint in my life.The whole time I still see air bubbles in my window. So I took it back 3 days later after there touch up. they took off the tint on my back windshield and rip the defroster off. The guy Pedro up front told me it was no big deal that I don't need my defroster that you only use it in New York or something like that & and tried to return my car to me with a broke defroster on the back windshield without fixxing it. I had to get in touch with the owner and he replace my back windshield & they redid the tint on the four doors I was waiting for a new back windshield & I still got air bubbles in all 4 doors and in every single piece of tent that they put on so now I have to go somewhere else pay them to take off my tent and pay them to redo my tent because this place does not know how to tint window. Today I went to get a new radio and speakers installed. After a couple hours waiting (it was really busy) my radio was all new and shiny and sounded great. When I got home I plugged in my iPhone and it did not work. They sold me an Android-exclusive radio. I nearly panicked but instead took it back and they took it out and gave me a model newer radio that worked with iPhone and it never sounded better. I went Divine Sounds just yesterday to have a stereo installed. I initially had a 2001 Nissan Altima and have a Kenwood receiver installed in that. After a car accident being deemed a total loss, I took the stereo out and got a 2000 Maxima. I wanted to install this in the Maxima, and I am not that knowledgeable about the wiring in the car, but I assumed if I connected the wire harness amp cable to the vehicle harness, and then just used the amp ground (both previously unused in the Altima), it would work. Well, I don't know what I did wrong but the unit was not powering on. I took it to Divine Sounds and in probably like, 20 minutes to a half hour tops it was installed and working perfectly. I don't know what I did wrong, but they got to work within minutes of me arriving. The guy at the counter came out to my car to take a look at the problem, took the car inside, and the other 2 guys jumped on it. Had a dash kit ready for me and everything. It was fast and cheap. As far as I could tell, they even used my wire harness, even though it had already been used from a previous company that installed my last stereo. I know some places that would not even have touched it and made me buy another harness. After having a crap tint job at one other company, who shall remain nameless, and a decent but overpriced stereo install from another, Divine Sounds really seems to be the best in my area. I've seen some nice cars roll up in there, and after seeing reviews online, I am not disappointed at all. read more

This place is a joke. I came here with new Pioneer speakers a few months ago. The price they gave me was reasonable so I decided to go with them. The guy at the front seemed friendly and honest, so I figured why not. Wrong! Mind you I got this done over the summer while it was extremely hot outside. A few weeks later I'm driving my car and I feel something come down and hit my foot. When I glanced down I could see my tweeter speaker from the driver side on the floor panel! These guys literally DUCK TAPPED my tweeters into my Civic. The adhesive had melted and it fell out. No joke, they duck tapped them. I couldn't believe it. I was furious obviously cause any idiot could do that. I took it back as soon as this happen and raised hell. Obviously they refunded me cause I came in pretty upset. Then again who wouldn't be for paying a hundred something to get speakers duck taped into your car. Never recommend this place to anyone. They are jokes. read more
