I initially came to Chau because I had a set of eyelash extensions on from a different place that I absolutely hated. They looked ok, but I had a horrible experience at the previous place. The technician from the other place went way too close to my lash line causing the glue to burn my eyes! Chau is soooo good at what she does! She offers a wide range of services which include sugaring for men and women, eye lash extensions, and facials. She sugared my arms and my legs and I was very pleased with her service. She was gentle yet meticulous and made sure she got all the hair. It was nice that she was quick too! I was in and out in about 10 minutes! The results lasted over three weeks! I went back to her for an acne facial that she offers. It was very relaxing, she offered me champagne and we were chatting up a storm as if we were old friends! She is very easy to talk to and makes the environment very comfortable. The facial lasted about 40 minutes and she did some extractions which was great since my skin was sooo congested. My skin felt smooth and bright for days after seeing her. I got my first ever facial from Chau last week, and let me tell you, she did not disappoint. First off, Chau is the sweetest human. She sat down and listened to my skin concerns, and really customized my treatment to me. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, from the temperature of the steam to the pressure of her extractions. I don't have necessarily problematic skin, but I do tend to get little bumps caused by my pores being clogged. Chau cleared out almost all of my bumps, making sure to get everything out. Also somehow she made it so all of the opened pores healed within a few days, meaning I had less time with little scabs on my face. She also made sure to explain each step of the process to me throughly, making sure I understood why she was doing what I was doing, which I really appreciated.
