It's a rustic, casual little place but they've got everything you want: all kinds of steaks, chops, roasts, chicken, sausages, and more. Best of all, if you're too lazy to do it yourself, they're smoking their own meat for lunch right next door. I'm heartbroken that I'm just finding out about this now...I could've been eating brisket and ribs every time we shopped around here. They've also got smoked turkey, smoked sausages, boudin, and all kinds of goodies by the counter for you to grab. I'll be back for more steaks and chicken to grill, and pulled pork sandwiches to stuff into my face. Their business is meat, and they know their business.

They have freezer sections, fresh cuts, vacuum sealed items, I'd even go as far as saying that if you needed something off-menu, they might be able to hook you up. The folks behind the counter were very patient, and super efficient. We ended up leaving with two maple blueberry breakfast sausages, two decent sized New York Strip steaks, 2 girthy Who Dat Balls, 2 giant stuffed chicken breasts (one Italian, one 4 cheese), a dozen boudin stuffed tamales, and two thiccc vac-sealed brisket burgers. Even so, there so much more to go back for. Luckily this joint sits right along the route to family, and we will be back for more. They have an array of your usual meats, plus a plethora of exotic and wild meats, and accompaniments. Some of their items can come pre-seasoned or pre-rubbed. Parking is easy on a weekend, but could be tight during rush. They also have a customer service reward program, so get your stamp on. I'll update after I have cooked some of the foods, and sampled more of the inventory.

The owners and staff are super friendly. It can be busy sometimes, but fast. The food is always fresh and delicious. I always get fajita meat tacos on corn with sautéed onions and peppers. I'm drooling right now thinking of it. If you need some meat to BBQ up something for the family- look no further. You can find various high quality cuts that are really good. A man ordering some fajita meat to grill told me how tender everything always comes out when he cooks it, quality he couldn't get at larger chain grocery stores.
