a few month ago, I took my motorcycle seat to them to get it reupholstered. after choosing the…read morecover material and them getting all my information, I was told it would be ready in a week. after 10 days, I had not heard anything so I stopped by, the seat was still sitting on the counter where it was left whey I dropped it off. I was told by the staff, they were wondering who that seat belonged to, apparently, they lost my order. I re-gave them the information, and they said it would be ready by that Friday (3 days away). It was not ready until Monday however. they did give me a 20% discount. 2 weeks ago, I stopped by to get the backrest reupholstered to match my seats, they said it would be ready in a week. a week later, I stopped by to check the progress. it was at the other shop they have (don't know where that is). They said it was finished, and that they would get it over to the Ocean Springs Shop the next day (Saturday). I was unable to get by Saturday to pick it up, but got there that Monday. Again, it was not at the shop, the employee called the boss who confirmed over the phone it was still at the other shop, finished, and he would get it over by the next day. The next day, I stopped by and the backrest was there at the OS shop, UNFINISHED. They were still working on a piece of it. It was the next day before I was able to get it. The work is good, it is how slow and the lying, especially the lying, that rubbed me badly.
