There are LARGE gaps between tiles, all trim pieces that were removed were NOT replaced and the transition pieces at doorways were so non-functional (even hazardous) I had to have my contractor remove and replace. Jeff did not finish the job and had to return multiple times. There were a lot of excuses made and no admission they were in over their heads. I have since heard similar horror stories. Wish I had heard them sooner. I will never recommend DJ's for anything!
