I bought a knife brand new in September 2024. After having for about 9 months it started to…read morediscolor on the frame all inside the knife. I also has splitting on my knife sheath. My knife is the JEROME B12. I contacted bill Matthew's who is a representative at William Henry. He explained that the knife frame was made of nickel silver and not sterling silver like my certificate stated. (Look at the pictures of my certificate and corresponding messages.) I kindly explained that I would like to return the knife for a full refund since it wasn't what I purchased. I told him that I needed to return the knife because he misrepresented it. He replied with a statement claiming that it was mostly sterling silver and that he would not allow me to return it. The certificate clearly stated that the frame was sterling silver which contradicts his own words. Please advise If you own a Jerome b12 or any other knife made by William Henry. It could be fake or not the metal stone or material that they claimed originally. Bill Matthew's is a horrible customer relations person and is not a very bright individual. Don't deal with him if you have any issues. Please look at my pictures showing our correspondence.

Our contract said Clint, the Owner, would have the cabinets built and installed in 6-8 weeks…read more Unfortunately this took 14 weeks, due to unleveled cabinets, painting issues, incorrect size of cabinet openings to allow a blind corner pullout shelf and incorrect size of lazy susan and incorrect 30" opening for an over the range microwave. Clint had to come back multiple times, when he had time, to fix his mistakes. Always was late to arrive at job site when he said he would be there. Clint's lack in abilities and planning cost my family unnecessary money; time way from work to let him in, unnecessary weeks of having to eat out and costs to install, remove and reinstall all the appliances. Clint does not live up to his business name of "Custom Cabinets" with his claim of 30 years of experience. He had to be instructed by two other subcontractors on how to level the cabinets. He also lacked the necessary tools, 12' level or a laser level, in order to level the cabinets l, which took three times to get them level. Clint also forgets things you discuss with him about the project and also forgets to order items for the job, which was another issue we had and set the instaArizona back as well. DON'T WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME or MONEY!!!! I WOULD NOT recommend Clint or his company Northwest Custom Cabinets, to anyone looking to remodel or replace their cabinets. For the price we paid, we feel we got a Lowe's experience at best.

He came out, assessed the situation, provided good advice and options on how to proceed. His assessment was that prior moisture issues in our crawlspace had lead to a very squeaky sub-floor which required removal of the existing laminate flooring and re-securing the sub-floor with screws. We discussed the pluses and minus of new flooring options and decided to go with a solid hardwood hickory floor. We chose to remove all the baseboards and existing flooring ourselves which saved some money. The installation crew (Frank, Frank Jr., and Martin) spent a week re-securing the subfloor, and installing the new hardwood floor and reinstalling the baseboards. From end to end the whole process was very professionally handled. Communication with Ryan and the office staff was clear, helpful, and informative, and I can't say enough about the install crew. They were there early every day until the job was done and they were meticulous in their craftsmanship. All-in-all a job very well done. We're very happy with the result and NO MORE SQUEAKING FLOORS!

There were areas of heavy wear, stains of unknown origin left by the previous owners, and it was really in pretty sorry shape. And after getting some quotes, we decided on Fjelland Floors. Turns out we did it right. The first thing you notice when you walk into their showroom (if you're lucky) is Walter. He's the Official Shop Dog. He's sweet and well, professional. As in a Professional Shop Dog. He's really sweet! And then we met the humans who run Fjelland Floors. Burke and Ryan were professional and very knowledgeable, making our carpet selection an easy process. We knew when the materials would arrive, when the installation would take place, and communication throughout was good. And I want to add a big 10-Star review for the gentlemen who installed our new carpet. Rich and Richard were on time. They were professional and attentive to all those pesky details. They were clean in their habits, easy to communicate with and a pleasure to have doing the work. They not only installed our new carpet BEAUTIFULLY, they made sure to clean up after themselves. They are people who care about the quality of the job they did; they double-checked themselves to make sure they didn't miss a detail. I'd hire these two gentlemen again without hesitation. Brad's price was not the cheapest, but I do believe that he provided the best quality for the money. Brad's painters were thorough and careful, and we have gotten several compliments on our house since that time. One of the reasons that I chose Brad was his warranty seemed to be the best of the lot, and I am glad that I considered that. Our back door had major cracking and peeling before Brad's team painted it, and it came back about a year and a half after Brad's team painted it. I emailed Brad, and he happily made good on his warranty. He sent two guys over who spent about a half a day stripping, sanding, priming, and repainting it. To be clear: that door had a finish problem before his guys painted it, but Brad did not use that as an excuse. He made good on his word and I am duly impressed. I should also mention that a few months ago, Brad sent by a team to work on my front door (which was not under warranty) as well at no cost to me. It's a complicated story, but suffice it to say that Brad sent a team by to paint my front door after he found out that I had prepped it myself for a painting. (Like I said, it's a long and complicated story, but long story short is that my front door finish was so bad that no one could guarantee that it would look nice, so I was trying to do it myself). Brad did this at no cost simply because he wanted the front door to look right. I whole-heartedly recommend Brad Bernard and Bernard Painting to anyone who needs to have a great quality paint job and a very fair price. Like I said earlier, he probably wont be the cheapest (although he was among the lowest cost), but will probably be the best quality for the price.

I particularly appreciated Jim's honesty and being so transparent and up-front about the results if he were to do the job with his equipment. Although Jim didn't have the capability to perform what I wanted, I was able to get the job done through following his recommendations.
