Hired Chad to replace one fence post on my older fence. Not a hard job. He sunk the post in the…read morewrong spot with concrete, and the fence panel wouldn't reach far enough to hang. He added a chunk and a big block of wood on the outside to Jerry rig it together. There is a big gap in the fence now. The whole thing looks horrible. I would have rather had it back broken. To make matters worse, he dumped the old post with old concrete and metal parts in my neighbors yard debris bin. That is so rude and is NOT yard debris. Based on other reviews this guy doesn't know how to measure and I would not recommend him. I would complain and ask him to come fix it but I don't even want him to do that.

Hired to pull and replace five fence posts damaged when a car lost control and drove through our…read moreyard. Removal was good, but all five posts were installed incorrectly: one was twisted and not aligned to our backyard, four were incorrectly spaced despite request for 8' apart. They are all 1" - 4" off, so we can't get our prebuilt panels in. Chad offered to fix the issue when we complained directly, but failed to show on the scheduled date (he didn't reach out, we had to, and got a "sorry, can we reschedule"). He failed to show on the rescheduled date and again asked for a reschedule. We are clearly not a priority and we cannot wait anymore and now have to fix it ourselves. Really disappointing, especially since we had a lower estimate with a different company but chose this company with the hope they could be retained on some other home projects in the future.

Our upstairs shower pan failed and started to leak through the floor into our kitchen below. I sent Victor a few pictures and some measurements, and he came back a few days later with a project plan, timeline, and estimate. He knew EXACTLY what the problem was, knew exactly how to address it, and tailored his plan with laser accuracy. During the lead up to the project, during, and afterwards, he stayed in constant communication, and was always available to answer questions. The end result looks amazing and we couldn't be happier with the result. (I won't add a 'before' picture because our old shower was something of a nightmare.) Victor came in on time, on budget, and suffice to say, our new shower is amazing from top to bottom. Dave did a shoddy patch job on the leaking parts, and they're still leaking. They also came by to pour more concrete without telling me they were coming, so the cats were out, and now there's prints all over the new pour. When they left, they dumped so much garbage in both my trash and recycling bins that I had to pay extra to get it taken away. I wish I'd never had to deal with him. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone for anything.

A couple weeks turned into over a month because life happens and I recently sent him an email asking him if he was still interested or what happened or if he had anything for me from our meeting I don't know what happened but communication went to nothing and I feel like I was ghosted after our first meeting, which sucks because I was really excited with all the ideas that he had given me for a remodel of my kitchen that is not incredibly user-friendly at the moment.
