My child has a strong passion for gaming of all manners and this store caters to it perfectly. I took my oldest out with me here for our first visit to purchase a gift card for his teacher and have him pick out something for his birthday, if there was anything. This store had a great selection and variety of merchandise and a dedicated area for table top games. This dedicated area does required a fee paid to access and staff can explain more if interested. The gentleman that help my child and I was so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. In addition to purchasing the gift card, I also bought my child's first die set of his own. If you have someone who has strong interests in gaming - especially games like Dungeons and Dragons, Magic The Gathering, etc. - this is a great place to purchase gifts. Got in touch with the shop and gave me a price of $285 + $90+ for shipping. I was shopping around and found a brand new one on eBay for $250 + $22.95 for shipping. This shop kept reaching out for status on purchase to a point where they were nagging me. After committing to a new one, the shop responded "thanks for wasting our time." This is unacceptable behavior and all they care is about closing a sale vs giving right customer service. Avoid this store as their are others out there that provide better service.

I've been going to your store for many years and I had referred a friend of mine to your store…read morebecause of your wide selection of rare and obscure toys and things that you carry that that the other shops do not carry my friend had quite a few items to trade in including some vintage Star Wars Beast Wars action figures and a few other odds and ends the associate asks my friend what he wants on his collection and my friend throws him an offer of 2 to $300 and so the associate goes in the back and either talks to his manager or the owner he proceeds to tell my friend that they can offer him under $100 for the stuff so they ended up negotiating for like $70 and the guy said well most of your figures are incomplete they don't have their accessories I really felt that the offer was too low even for a business knowing that they do have to make money so then I hear from my friend that the toy box posted and bragged about obtaining his collection on Facebook and that really put a sour taste in my mouth and the sad part was is he was going in and tending on trying to get store credit so he could purchase something they don't do that I've never heard of it but terribly disappointed with how they lowball people my friend had a lot of stuff and the one thing that they said was the most valuable they didn't even highlight it on Facebook I feel like this is wrong and I feel like they should have offered him something more at least a credit they should make this right but terribly disappointed

The shop blocks off almost all the space for official events, but then barely anyone even shows up for them. You look around and see rows of empty tables reserved for nothing, while regular paying groups who actually brought people have absolutely nowhere to sit.We even asked nicely if we could use the empty space, but the staff just told us we should rent out the private room instead. What a joke--that room is already booked solid anyway, and it costs a ton of money. It sucks because we loved the vibe, but it's a total waste of time to pack up our games and drive over just to get turned away. They really need to fix how they manage space on event nights.

I like looking through the cheaper singles boxes and sifting through the selection and picking the ones I like. As someone who has just gotten back into collecting, it's fun seeing the variety of cards (modern and vintage) they have. Their singles are also priced fairly at market value - whenever I check Collectr or TCGplayer their prices are always equal and even sometimes a little under. The employees are always willing to help too. They also have sealed product at market price, but I usually stay away from those since market is a little too steep for me these days.

Finding the store is really easy, and there is a ton of parking. The store itself is pretty large and has a good variety of singles, slabs, and sealed product. They have a big range from the newest modern sets to vintage and everything in between. Today I had a gut feeling that I needed to go down and pay a visit to my favorite store. I was helped by a couple of employees I had never worked with before, and they were incredible. They were so kind and patient with all of the cards I wanted to look at, and I never felt rushed or like I was a burden to them. I found so many things that I wanted, and I even stayed after the store was closed, and even then, there was never any sense of urgency that I needed to leave. One thing that I really respect about this card shop is their pricing. For their singles, anytime I were to check pricing online, their prices were consistent with what was fair. Not once did I encounter cards that were grossly inflated, and above market. So I really appreciate the honesty and integrity in their pricing. Needless to say, I can't recommend the shop highly enough. If you're in the area or looking for a great shop to visit, this is the one!
