Do not ever go here. 2 weeks ago I was charged $55 for a full set. I came in today for a fill in & a color change , she told me that it was $45. I was confused about the price because I'm sure a fill in should be way cheaper but I paid anyway. I checked my card when I got home , and she took extra money than what she had charged. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would have. My teenage daughters nails look SO BAD! She told them what she wanted & showed a picture even, the shape was almond/oval. The guy refused to do that shape bc shes "young girl". She's 16 years old and has been getting her nails done for quite some time. They were stark square & the gel polish he painted them with was all over the place. I made him file the shape to more of what she wanted. Please, please AVOID this place! I went in today 07/20/2022 by 1:15p and got done before 2:00pm for a fill-in and a pedi and they rushed through it because they had people waiting. The guy who did my pedi barely did anything and seemed very annoyed at me when I asked him to cut my toenails and fix some things. Then, the owner did my fill-in for my nails and hurt me A LOT along the way as she was rushing through it because she had another customer waiting. Decided to pop in here to get my nails done for a vacation I am going on. Worst decision I could have made. I wanted nail dip, he decided that he couldn't do what I wanted with using dip so he did acrylic. He ended up getting acrylic on my cuticles and didn't clean them up. Had some time to kill one evening so looked in the nearest shopping center for a nail place to get a pedicure. I walked in as a group of 3 (employees?) were walking out. Unbeknownst to me they had closed for the evening. Rather than politely letting me know such, one of the employees "shooed" me with her hand and said "go home." I thought she was joking, but look on her face said otherwise, and another employee said "we close." I'm giving 2 stars as an appreciation for the obvious culture differences. I wouldn't expect them to take me in as a customer as they were closing, but "shoo fly shoo" doesn't work well for me. Save yourself the heartbreak and go somewhere else for an eye brow wax. I've been here to get my brows waxed several months ago and didn't like it. I really should've checked the reviews of this place before I went. I had UV Gel Nails and cracked three of them but since my nail tech was booked I stopped by here to remove them and do a manicure. They were really rushing to get me through and did a horrible job with the manicure. At times the nail tech would be laughing and joking with co workers and not looking while he was polishing my nails and left them so tacky. When he was shaving the gel off he kept slipping and hitting my finger. There was a horrible language barrier so communicating what I wanted was horrible. ***Updated after reading a majority of the reviews. I should have checked yelp first. I see a lot of people that have patronized this business are dissatisfied, so I see that I am not alone. This would have been my first experience here. I walked in on a Monday and saw that they were busy, but I asked the lady if they could take me to repair one nail and how long it would be. She said they could and it wouldn't be too long. 45 minutes later, I asked another tech if they were still going to be able to repair my nail, she said it would be another 30 minutes. If I would have known upfront that they were going to have me just sitting there, I would have gone elsewhere. My time is just important as theirs and had it been a good experience, I would have been back to spend more money, but based on their lack of regard for my time and communicating honestly that it would be about an hour and half to repair my one nail. Then as she ran the water for my pedicure she was rude not friendly and acted unprofessional. After she was finished with my pedicure she lifted up the arms of my chair as if she was saying "get up and leave "and held out hand for Payment. While doing all of this never opening her mouth. So not the best first visit to a nail salon... My mani/pedi turned out fine, but I'm more concerned with how they treated a fellow customer. The woman apparently was not given the color she asked for and when she asked one of the workers if the color was the same the worker started to yell at the customer. Another worker pitched in and started making a fuss as well. Meanwhile the woman getting her nails done was caught in the middle of being yelled at by two of the workers. When the customer left the atmosphere didn't improve, the workers continued to talk loudly one of the male workers openly flirted with some of the customers (including rubbing shoulders) and one of the workers carried her bowl of food around. I have been to this nail salon before and stopped coming because they are always in a rush. Today I didn't have time to stop by my nail salon so I decided to come here. Bad idea. After 30 min of soaking my nails in acetone, filing, scraping and using acrylic machine I had to get up and leave because my nails were burning. A terrible experience, every time. I've gone here three times now because it is close to my house and it's convenient for when I need to get my nails done while I'm out running errands. The guy with the frosted tips is just horrible. He will ask you what you want and then insist that what he wants is best, and he will insult you if you don't agree to get done what he wants to do. This time just went too far. I went in to get a manicure and pedicure and before the pedicure began, I told him I needed to soak off the acrylic on my nails and that I just wanted regular polish and a manicure after. He kept insisting that I get gel polish, but I said no, and he kept shaking his head and then asking if I wanted the same polish on my fingers as my toes. Every time I asked if I should start soaking off the acrylic, he said "after the pedicure". When he's just about done with the pedicure, he insists again that I get a fill in and get gel polish, but I declined. He takes the regular polish off of my nails, leaving the bare, yellowed acrylic exposed and asked me again if I wanted gel polish. When I said no, he literally huffed and stood up and said "Okay. All finished." And walked away. We had more interactions after that, but he basically lied and said that he didn't have time to soak off the acrylic and that I would have to come back tomorrow, the day of my event! Throughout the whole service, he insisted that he had the time to do all these extra services, including fill-ins and gel polish, but as soon as he realized I wasn't going to get what he wanted, he didn't have time for me. And didn't care how he was sending me away with my nails half finished. Thankfully, another technician came and finished my nails for me because she realized it was wrong. I appreciate her, but this place has just had terrible service far too many times. Especially from this particular technician. This is my third time getting a pedicure here. I've come at all times of the day and they're never busy. First time I came there were like 3-4 children sitting in pedicure chairs playing on iPads. Fine if it's not busy but then it did and they were taking up seats. No one (including the parents) asked them to move. The 2nd time my polish was a dark purple and peeled totally off my nails after like 2 weeks. I keep my toes painted 24/7 year round and has never happened. Currently I was not asked if I wanted my toenails cut down he's just chipping them off and they're too short. Also I personally like when they dig in your toe and clean out the junk. They don't do that here. Pros: 1. Never a line/ wait for pedicures 2. $25 for a pedi 3. Overall salon seems clean Cons: 1. The employees sit and talk in a yelling volume all 3 times I've been there.
