He was upfront, honest, and transparent from the very first conversation about costs. I hate dealing with home repairs because so many companies take advantage of women, but that was not the case with Best Appliance Service. Vlad spent over an hour diagnosing the issue and could have easily pushed a costly repair. Instead, he recommended just buying a brand new washer based on what it would cost for him to fix it.
