I called the number provided and immediately got all the information I needed. The proprietor/manager Dominic worked with me in regards to my budget. Customer Experience: 5 stars they came to the location early to set up the photo booth. He also hooked us up with discounted cost with prints which after shopping around I know is rare to find. He was super nice and friendly to everyone who came by for a photo and all my guests loved him. Cost/Pricing: So far the best pricing I could find. The owner provided a good deal with 100 photo booth prints, set up, travel time and location within my budget. Quality & Quantity: The photo quality was surprisingly good. I honestly expected less on the quality since the quantity and cost he gave me was so much less than the others that I've shopped around. He also allowed my guests to go back to the photo booth a number of times. Which all my guests were so excited and extremely happy about. Props and backdrop: He provided a number of different backdrop options and you. Can select a color of your liking if necessary. He has enough props but can add more to it, especially on the hats and fake glasses. Overall I rate His and Hers Photography a solid five stars. If your looking for a great service, at a price that you can afford with quality materials and quality customer experience I urge you to try them out. An issue accrued due to Covid right before one of my events. Not only did they give me a full refund. They offered a very nice discount towards my next booking. The Open Air Booth I always select V.I.P packages. pictures with my logo or saying on the strip printed right on the spot allowing my guest a keep sake to take home! You can also email it to yourself and it also creates gifs, very easy to use. The attendant always goes above and beyond. Always near to help incase anything goes wrong. But they are never in the way or annoying to guest! The Props Great props geared towards whatever event your having. My guest love love love the gif option. And if you have your own backdrop they will allow you to use yours If you ask. overall my experience has been wonderful using this company. Two people arrived to set-up. They did not know what to do and seemed unfamiliar with the equipment. They set everything up and left without telling me they were leaving. I was one of the party hostesses so was distracted with other responsibilities. I returned to the photo booth area and they were nowhere to be found. They also did not show me how to use the equipment. The photo strips would not print and I called the owner. When I told him the photo strips would not print he said the printer was broken and promised me all the digital files within 24 hours. They never sent the files. Everyone entered the phone numbers after each photo to get the texts with pictures and no texts ever came through. "David" would not answer the phone when I called to discuss and said he did not have the phone number of the attendants. Then - as you can see in the texts - he asked me if I wanted the attendants to come pick up the stuff. If you do not have the attendants' phone numbers, how can you tell them to pick up the stuff early? Also - an attendant is a person who is IN ATTENDANCE at an event or function. This is the most unprofessional business I have worked with - and I am in marketing and have planned many events! Their prices are so affordable to hook you in but they do not deliver. They appear to be a franchise so watch out - they are likely pulling this act in cities all across the nation.
