Her prices were very reasonable compared to other med spas so she decided to give this one a try. Michelle highly recommended micro-dermabrasion as a treatment for this, and my mother has been going for this treatment about once ever 3 weeks since then - as well as some sort of a radio frequency treatment (can't recall the exact name). Since she has been going, her acne scars and large pores have been significantly reduced, and skin elasticity greatly increased. Michelle is a nurse aesthetician who is very knowledgeable about the treatments and products she uses. She is very good at explaining how they work and what they accomplish. She's also not one to BS you into buying a treatment you don't need. I have only visited Secret Beauty a couple of times myself, but I would like to add that not only is she a super genuine person, she's also a complete bad-ass. If you visit (which I hope you do!) make sure to ask her to tell you about the time she chased down some kid trying to steal her car.

What kind of business keeps all its contact information and scheduling on one phone that could be misplaced or with someone who has an emergency? Also, what kind of a business doesn't actually verbally call someone after not showing up, and then just texts them over 6 hours later? What a waste of my time.
