I canceled it, contacted management multiple times, and requested a refund, but my emails were ignored. I never used the free trial or the membership, yet I was still charged. Dr. Pan considered my concerns, listened to me through the whole very comprehensive consult, and thoroughly explained all of the possible risks, while also making sure I was realistic about my expectations. She was always available by phone when I needed her and her staff is beyond fantastic! They are so welcoming, helpful and make your questions or concerns a priority. When I had a minor complication, her staff was super attentive and saw me right away. I could not possibly be more thrilled with my results. She refused and said that they "don't give free services along with a Groupon rate" but I could've just bought the Groupon lymphatic massage anyway... extremely disappointed. So unprofessional and I will not be rescheduling. If you to here, which I do not recommend, make sure to triple check they have the right phone number or else you'll show up to a canceled appointment and wasting your time and money. Her prices were very reasonable compared to other med spas so she decided to give this one a try. Michelle highly recommended micro-dermabrasion as a treatment for this, and my mother has been going for this treatment about once ever 3 weeks since then - as well as some sort of a radio frequency treatment (can't recall the exact name). Since she has been going, her acne scars and large pores have been significantly reduced, and skin elasticity greatly increased. Michelle is a nurse aesthetician who is very knowledgeable about the treatments and products she uses. She is very good at explaining how they work and what they accomplish. She's also not one to BS you into buying a treatment you don't need. I have only visited Secret Beauty a couple of times myself, but I would like to add that not only is she a super genuine person, she's also a complete bad-ass. If you visit (which I hope you do!) make sure to ask her to tell you about the time she chased down some kid trying to steal her car.

I have multiple issues with this. Everyone has emergencies, I get it. But, I was not given the courtesy of a phone call, then the excuse of not having my information to get in touch sooner was used. What kind of business keeps all its contact information and scheduling on one phone that could be misplaced or with someone who has an emergency? Also, what kind of a business doesn't actually verbally call someone after not showing up, and then just texts them over 6 hours later? What a waste of my time. I purchased a groupon for this "business" and I called groupon to be refunded. When I called, they reported that the seller (secret beauty) had CANCELLED my Groupon already with no explanation.
