I was very disappointed in the quality of nails I got. First of all, I asked for a nice and simple pink French tip acrylics but instead I received not acrylic but gel polish and the French tip was very thick and instead of pink it came out as a orange coral color, and the nails started peeling off not even a hour after I got them. Decided to come here while visiting my family. Absolutely loved the experience here! Super easy to make an appointment. Super flexible about rescheduling an appointment if need be and very welcoming atmosphere. We came in on a Thursday afternoon for an appointment scheduled at 430. They took us right in, had us pick our colors and got straight to work. The service here is exemplary and there are prices posted right up front. My sister and I sat with who I believe were the owners and they were both very nice, respectful and quick!!!! I was super impressed with how quick we were both able to get gel manicures! They have about 4 or 5 pedicure chairs and a good amount of mani tables and this establishment is very clean and well kept. You can either do street parking or there is a lot in the back. And the prices are more than reasonable! Will definitely refer friends and return for future girls days! read more

If I could I would have given this place a 0. I went in not even a week ago and I've already had two of my acrylics completely rip off my nails because they aren't secure enough. I had one of them fixed yesterday at a different salon and that nail is already more secure than the rest of my nails. As soon as I walked in the door I was spoken to very rudely. I was demanded all over the place. At first I was told that I couldn't get the dip powder because I didn't specify that when I booked the appointment. No one asked what I wanted on the phone they just said bye after I confirmed the time. I ended up being able to get the dip powder but the lady kept watching TV instead of doing my nails. She cut me with the file and put glue on the cut. She also had to keep asking another nail tech how to do the dip. I asked for one accent nail on each hand and for each hand she started with the wrong color the accent nail. I had to remind her several times what nail I asked for to be different. The icing on the cake is that it's been two days since my appointment and I've already lost 4 nails. read more

Went here based on a recommendations for wedding nails. Made appointment a month in advance. Called because I specifically wanted dip nails. I was talked out of getting dip nails saying that I would want acrylic which I agreed too because she was insistent they would look better. Every step of the way I didn't get what I wanted. She cut way too short and when I said they were too short when first starting (after having tips added they were shorter then the nails I walked in with) she said they looked good. Then she asked what shape I wanted and I said oval. She said she couldn't do that because they were too short (after she cut the tips to short!). Said the best she could do was round the edges. Then she added the white for the pink with white tips it took up have the nail and was not just a tip and I said no I just wanted just a white tip so it was natural not half white.. She assured me that how much white they do and when filed down it would just be a little white tip (I knew this was not possible because she could file down anymore without taking off my finger but she insisted). In the end I got horrible nails that we all crooked and different lengths. I ended up crying in the salon. The only solution I was offered was they could add paint over. I was looking for a natural pink and white manicure and even if I would have added paint it would have solved the issue that the nails were all too short and crooked and different lengths. I had broken 4 of the nails I had gotten done elsewhere about a week ago and they matched what I had had done perfectly (colored tips with glitter lines). Brandy did my nails and they came out perfect! She got them right up to the cuticle with no gap at all! Even though I came in at 7pm she took her time to make sure they came out perfectly. I was in last night for the first time. I had called ahead to see if they could get me in. My regular place in the Augusta area, which is a "walk in" type place was too busy to take me. I had a tip come off and needed a fill right away. Anyway, David was able to get me in and pointed out I had lifting on three of my nails and had to put a tip on one. He did a great job! Never had a poor experience getting nails done....until now! My pedicure was just poor. The chair massager barely feels like anything so pointless. I had to ask for her to scrape the rest of my dead skin off (thats why I get peds). Then I just wanted a simple manicure aka paint my nails. She painted over a black dirt spec on one and gotan attitude over fixing it. She painted my fingers poorly and didn't get the sides of them. Then charged $20 for toes...expected but then also $20 for painting my fingers! Really? I'm disgusted by her technique! read more
