I went last Friday 8/7/26. I went in wanting a gel manicure. The person doing my nails was trying to convince me to get dip nails. As they always do. that is there job to and try and make more profit off of what they are doing to your nails. I said yes because I knew that if I didn't he would have kept trying to get me to switch to the dip instead of the gel manicure I asked for. I called today 8/11/26. Because over the week and on Monday I had multiple nails lift completely off and then a few that I just popped off my self because they were lifted and ripping my hair out any time I touched it. I told them that I do not want them fixed and I do not have time to get them fixed. I said that I was looking for some of my money back not even a full refund. They told me that they could not refund but if I came back they could look at them and we could "go from there". To say I am very unhappy is an understatement.

But that could have been handled a WHOLE lot better. The next day (!) someone called and let me know there would be a credit for the cost of my haircut if I wanted to call and reschedule the color, which is really the LEAST anyone could do, but honestly it was such an afterthought that I just have no desire to ever go back, credit or no. The haircut was ok (the second one) but I think I'm going to pass; this salon had one chance to make me feel pretty, and like I mattered.
