I must admit I was very leery of the services they would have here - I mean come on - I'm from San Francisco and lived in NY, places where spa services are top notch all over the city, and I'm here in MAINE?? How good can a deep massage REALLY be in a small town of Maine? Well, I'm glad I can say I was proven WRONG! I had a one-hour treatment with Tiffany, and let me tell you - her knowledge and skill could have presented her from any cosmopolitan city - San Fran, NY, LA, etc. (but not Boston: sorry, but i had two different experiences in Boston that definitely was not at that level). I gave specific areas to be worked on, and she knew exactly what to do, and then some! I loved that she wanted to know exactly what I wanted - more of a general body massage? or more time on a specific area? - the latter of which is what I needed (iliopsoas/iT band,etc). She really went in there, slowly and carefully, and yes, DEEPLY and THOROUGHLY. She made sure I knew what was going on, and during the whole time was very pleasant to chat with, as well as making my session informative. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone. I also want to make note that Tiffany told me she was the youngest person (by experience there), and that only let me know how solid and serious the spa represents itself. I believe it has been around for over 10 years, and I guess their word-of-mouth is so entrusted as it even can be difficult to find a time slot to come in. So just make sure if you are in Damariscotta/Newcastle area, to call ahead. Thank you Tiffany and Endless Spa for making a summer vacation in Maine even more relaxing!

We arrived at 11:45am, 15 minutes early for our noon appointment. We waited and waited - and waited and waited... didn't actually start our pedicures till 1pm - we waited for over an hour! Fine though - we wanted to feel relaxed so we eagerly went in the back pedi room. We picked our colors - and one of the two women doing our pedicures, Elizabeth, told us to have a seat. I chose the seat with the pink towels - boy did I make the wrong choice. The second woman doing the pedicures came in, Danielle, and she sat in front of me. First of all - she was wearing a short, jean skirt - not at ALL professional for giving pedicures. While my friend Brandie had the other woman - who was wearing a smock (actually professional). This woman was rude, crude, swore and complained throughout the ordeal. AND I WAS PAYING $100 FOR THIS???? Danielle even had visitors while she was doing my pedicure (again, unprofessional). She was so excited to see her friends, she turned around to talk to them, leaving me hanging for 15+ minutes! I'm looking at the other person massaging my friends feet and back at Danielle (well Danielle's back) and am really bummed that my pedi experience was being cut short! This woman did not scrub my feet, did not sand my nails, did not give my any sort of massage. AND - even after 15 minutes of her doing nothing and gabbing with her visitors - she was done a full 10 minutes before the other gir was done! I got to sit around and wait and wish I'd gotten that other woman. I can't believe I didn't complain when paying - but I didn't want to ruin my friends day. I did NOT leave this horrid woman a tip - and next year when I go to visit my friend Brandie - we're going to the SENATOR in Augusta for pedi's!

Not sure what happened with the quality of stylists that they used to have..but i Had a picture in hand and literally received a hair cut that looked absolutely nothing like it. It was not a complicated cut and it was perfectly suitable for my hair type and texture. What I wanted and what I received were night and day. It looked like a beginner cosmetology student performed my service. Clearly quality cuts are no longer a priority. Worst haircut I have ever had. Stylist was pleasant that's the only positive about my experience. I won't be back.

If I had not seen it coming in time to shut my eye, my eyesight would have been ruined. As it was, it sealed my lid shut. This happens because he bounces off the walls and leaves you sitting in the chair while visiting with whomever comes into the shop. Or he is busy showing you things on his phone. A 40-minute style takes an hour or longer. Even though you have an appointment, every time I show up for mine, he is still in the middle of the person ahead of me. He was never on time. If he screwed his appointments up and called me to see if I would change my date to help him out, I always did. He, however, never called back to reschedule a new date even though he said he would. He would never call us back for a new appointment if we became sick or had to cancel. No matter how many times we contacted him, he never called back. This was out of spite. This, along with the prior review issues, is why we left. There are better hairdressers out there who are cheaper and respect their customers and co-workes. This owner is an unhappy, busy body with a mean streak. If a client he had issues with called while I was there if he looked at the number and he didn't want to speak to that person he would not answer the call. He would let it go to VM or ask his girl Morgan to take a message. He then would trash that client calling and talk badly about them.

My skin had been cracking and bleeding all winter and since getting the manicure my skin has been so smooth. All the staff are warm and welcoming.
