My truck has some kind of water soluble paint contamination. These guys came by gave me a reasonable estimate. However rather than cleaning the contaminated paint (bumpy to the touch) they washed it and sprayed it. Nice job washing but I don't think they are really a detail company who knows how to work on modern clear coats. The chemical they used didn't work. Truck is clean but the paint is still bumpy and I just paid $185 for a wash and dry. They were on time and responsive. read more

My 2011 Ford Escape began to smell of mold and mildew. After trying home remedies (vinegar, baking soda, dryer sheets) , taking it to the dealer (who determined that the sunroof drainage system had been clogged - and cleared it). And then investigating multiple options to address the issue (water damage restoration, replacing the headliner, replacing the carpeting) my wife suggested car detailing. We contacted Dkd, they were professional, prompt, and compared to the other options that I outlined above - they were very reasonably priced. They came to our home, did an excellent, complete and thorough interior and exterior detail job - and even showed me a video showing what they removed from the interior upholstery. These guys came in and cleaned two of our cars, we'll 1 1/2 anyway as the outside if one was too far gone to do any good. They came in on time and finished without a problem. Its a couple and they put a great shine on the 2005 Lexus, the inside was kind if dirty as we had just bought it and there looked like oil or grease on it. They worked really hard and got them as good as could possibly be expected. If you need your car cleaned, waxed and the interior buffed up this is the way to go. Great job and very responsive.
