Oh yeah, my bathtub was really slow to drain too. It was unreal. So he quoted me $525 unless something really messed up occurred. Flat rate. It ended up being complicated, he found a clog after snaking the bathtub, toilet and figured another clog was way out there somewhere. He came in Monday late afternoon (4:30) and was at my home till 8:30. This guy is super busy. So he came by today-2nd day (he just left a bit ago) and had to cut the drywall to put new nozzle/valves in that hooks up to the washing machine hot and cold hoses. He let that glue dry for a while and worked on the sink in the bathroom. He snaked the sink and found the clog and pushed through it and fixed that. Now everything works. He was here another 4 hours. This guy works his butt off. Anyway, he only charged me $600 flat for all that. I had someone tell me they'd charge me $150/hour... thank goodness I chose this company. He and his office staff are responsive, professional, and he cleans up after himself and didn't leave a mess. I will call them next time I need a plumber. I would give him more stars but I can't. This means that the irrigation and backflow work was unnecessary, and I was charged for services that did not address the problem.
