We decided to completely strip the wood to reveal the natural wood grain, re-glued, and reupholstered both pieces. All the work was done in approx two weeks, and all correspondence was answered promptly. We are over the moon with the results. The colors are stunning, and great care was taken to line up the complex pattern of the upholstery with the tufting. Excellent service and excellent results. We will be back with future products. In any case, the upholstery was fine however; the legs on my dining room chairs were never repaired and I paid over $1269 to have 4-chairs reupholstered. My look was different but the legs on were never repaired during the upholstery process. After leaving several messages without a response from Efrain, Sr. I finally gave up. Fast forward I did find another company Ezekiel Upholstery in South Holland who not only fixed my dining room chairs BUT; at a MUCH lower price. Be ware of companies who don't take credit cards.
